Very impressed with thr company, coa availability, ordering, and shipping. Everything is great and as expected. I would love to receive the 10 vial case in the future, but that would be a bonus. I also think materials should be shipped Monday thru wednesday only to reduce risk material instability during shipping. Other than these small critiques, 10 out of 10!

Good quality but bad communication
My previous experiences were amazing but this last order took 4 weeks to arrive. This was caused by a combination of the item being on back order and then being lost by usps. There was no tracking information from the post office and very little communication from seller. I don’t blame him for the post offices mistakes but I didn’t know about the item being on back order until I called 10 days after purchase. When the items finally arrived they were excellent quality as always so I would buy from him again in the future but I would hope to be notified if an item is not available to ship at the time my order is placed.
