Not worth it
Not worth the initial investment of $997 plus 3 days off your life. I was expecting to receive more learning about multi family investment. I left the second day after hearing about a 40k investment to get into a program with no guarantee. I truly believe what the reviews from past students say that they use new students money to invest in strategist deals which sound like a pyramid scheme to me. There are other programs out there that cost under 6k with way more education and resources.

Our goal with the 3-day workshop is to introduce the fundamentals of multifamily investing, share real examples from our students and coaches, and give attendees a clear understanding of what the journey into multifamily looks like, before deciding whether mentorship is the right fit.
To clarify a few things:
There is absolutely no “pyramid scheme” or use of student funds to invest in strategist deals. That claim is inaccurate. Students maintain complete control over their own investment decisions, and our company does not pool student money for deals.
The higher-level program is optional and includes extensive coaching, underwriting help, deal review, community access, and resources to shorten the learning curve. It’s designed for those who want deeper guidance, but it is never presented as a guarantee because real estate investing, like any business, requires effort.
We noticed you left on Day 2, which unfortunately means you missed an entire day of education, Q&A, real underwriting examples, and networking opportunities. The third day is often where attendees gain the most clarity and value from the workshop.

Disappointing and Stressful Experience
I paid over $10,000 to Multifamily Mindset for their mentorship programs to be splitted with another person. The other person did not come through then everything changed after that. My coach did not want to support me with the underwriting per MFM. Coaches and sales staff kept pushing for more money instead of helping with key areas like underwriting. Most promised benefits (like community access and mentorship) were restricted or removed unless I paid even more. Later, they downgraded my plan to basic plan which cost $8000.00, so that means mfm still owes me over $2,000 for the difference—and never refunded me back.
The sales team stressed me out the day before the Peak Partnership event. I felt so sick from the pressure, even while trying to attend in Orlando, I ended up having to check into the hospital. Communication was poor, and I felt bullied about payments. No accountability or refunds. I regret signing up and would not recommend this company.

Your sales representative’s conduct caused me significant distress, resulting in hospitalization, and I believe I am fully entitled to a complete refund and compensation for these expenses.
Please confirm when I will receive the full refund and reimbursement. This situation has gone on far too long and needs immediate resolution.

Also, 1 of your presentative stated they downsize my plan and still did not mentioned any refund whatsoever.

We want to clarify a few important points so that others reading this have accurate information:
Your enrollment was for our Premium Mentorship Package, which includes access to coaching, community, and underwriting support once the enrollment balance is completed. Throughout the process, our team communicated the agreed-upon payment timeline and reached out multiple times to help you finalize your enrollment so your access wouldn’t be interrupted. When the remaining balance wasn’t completed after multiple extended deadlines, your plan was adjusted to match the amount paid at that time. This is our standard policy to ensure fairness and consistency for every student.
Regarding underwriting support and coaching: these resources are fully available to all students who are fully enrolled in their program. Our coaches work very closely with students once accounts are active, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear during the process.
We are also sorry to hear that you felt pressure around the time of Peak Partnership and that this coincided with you feeling unwell. That is never the experience we want for any student.
As for the refund you mentioned, our records indicate that your account was adjusted appropriately based on the payments received. However, we never want any student to feel unheard or uncertain. Discouragement to Hopefulness
First, I loved how honest and upfront Jim was as well as anyone else who gave their story about their start. I loved that the strategist were open and willing to help and make sure we were able to continue with the education of MFM. Where I felt a little discourage other than the costs of the 3 tiers, is that most people, even some of the strategist have backgrounds in finance or single family homes, or flipping. They were able and are able to dive right in with that experience and background and I came in with no experience of that sort and plenty of debt. However, I am hopeful that I can be successful and accomplish a great many things with this business with support and feedback

I recently attended the 3-day workshop and it was an incredible experience! One thing that made this experience great is that Tyler actually taught the workshop. I have been to a number of events and never saw the face of the person pushing the event actually teach it. Demystifying Multifamily Real Estate: A Workshop That Delivered!!
Over the course of just three days, I felt as though I received the equivalent of a 12-week intensive class in multifamily business processes. It was an exceptionally efficient use of my time and money. I have invested in residential and retail properties without really understanding what it takes to make a deal happen or how the return was calculated. And I have trusted my friends in these deals but have been the least familiar with real estate terminology and the detailed breakdown of its operational steps. This workshop helped me gain clarity and comfort in a domain I previously considered high-risk. As a result, my confidence in navigating the real estate space has significantly improved. My only improvement for the training by Tyler D. is to use less expletives. I really appreciated the care and concern shared by the Team to make this workshop happen and be a great experience.
