You’re paying to work for them for $41500.
Attended free 1.5/2 hr long event where they upsell you a 3-day event for $1500. I always do my due diligence and I am glad I did before signing up bc as it turns out, half of the 3 day event is spent upselling you a $40k membership. Unless you have that money lying around to invest, don’t bother.

LIFE CHANGING 3 DAYS
This seminar is a life-changing experience. I gained a ton of knowledge on how to navigate the Multi Family arena and will commit to buying my first multifamily asset within the next 6 months to the end of this year. Tyler is an excellent instructor and offers plenty of advice and heart-felt stories that challenge you and give you the confidence that it CAN BE DONE! Amazing. Absolutely Amazing
Interacting with the people at this company really made me take on a whole new perspective on life. Usually I wake up miserable go through my day with hatred and go to bed miserable. I have never learned so much in such a short period of time because I’ve never been so engaged! If anybody wants to be able to learn about MultiFamily so they can change their lives too then this is the environment you need to put yourself in.

Tyler‘s knowledge and understanding of the content that he is teaching is unparallel. I’ve been to a few group seminars on different subjects but I would have to say he is the best presenter that I’ve came across in a setting like this. He understands what he’s talking about. He has a passion for what he’s talking about and he makes it fun!!

The real deal, competent and engaging
Tyler is an energetic, knowledgeable speaker on motivation and all aspects of multifamily real estate investing. There is no fluff, but it is still fun and engaging. The rest of the team is sincere and competent and backs him up perfectly. They are the real deal.

Valuable information
As a person just getting into the world of real estate, the information, given at the second encounter of the Multifamily Mindset, was an eye opener to how complex, but attainable goals are in the Market. The information to a new person is a great value, and at a competitive rate for attending a seminar. Discussing both good and bad experience, that shed light on why they operate as a team, helping every member of the team succeed.

Multifamily mindset training rocks.
