I bought my flat from the previous iteration of Peddar in 1987. I moved in 2000 but kept the flat and rented it out with Peddar as managing agent.. It has been a seamless experience with a long term tenant and immediate responses to maintenance. The tenant is happy and so am I.

There were some initial issues with our listing under previous management, but as soon as Mollie took over things seemed to really improve.
