And, being a family run business ourselves, we know just how important the concept of family is. We currently trade from a 6000 sq ft warehouse on Cleveland Street and a 1800 sq ft superstore in Anlaby, and stock a wide range of products for all kinds of animals – from spiders to stallions, chickens to chameleons and, of course, the trusty dog and cat!

Great company. Our bird cage was received damaged in transit. Contacted company and they sent out a new cage base straight away. Couldn't ask for more. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent Customer Services
Item was originally out of stock, but they text me when item was available. Had small issue when received the item but their Customer Services were very prompt to solve the problem within a couple of hours. Would have no hesitation in placing an order with them again.

I'm happy with both the Calciworms and the price, but Click & Collect didn't go to plan. I think it would be helpful if there was an option to indicate which store collection was to be made from when placing an online order.
