Skilled, Honest, and Professional Eyewear Repair
I recently discovered Peep Eyewear while searching for a company to repair the metal frame on my luxury sunglasses. For context, I had already tried several high-end stores, including Louis Vuitton (who told me the repair was impossible), Selfridges (specialists in eyewear, but they refused the job), and multiple other boutiques around London.
The only place willing to take on the repair was Peep. At first, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the paint finish and raised this with the team via WhatsApp. They were very understanding and agreed that some paint needed redoing for a better match. After this adjustment, the result was outstanding — my sunglasses look brand new, and I couldn’t be happier.
Highly recommend their professionalism and craftsmanship!

Honestly, Chris and Jo are legends. Chris answered my many, many questions pre sending in my beloved MiuMiu Sunglasses and they have just come back looking better than even new. Could not recommend Peep Eyewear enough!

Service was excellent as usual. Took a little longer than usual due to technical issues. Was kept upto date. Was advised re lenses what would be best for my needs.
Would thoroughly recommend as a services not available at most opticians.

The frames now look like brand new.
Peep Eyewear brought my Givenchy eyeglass frames back to life. They were very worn out, with stains, discoloration, and many scratches. I asked for a matte finish, as they were originally glossy. The result of their work is amazing; the frames look brand new, the matte finish is perfectly and evenly applied, and all the scratches are gone. Overall, I like them even more now than when they were brand new. I'll also add that the screws and arms of the frames are like new, and everything is perfectly tightened. Holding these glasses in my hand, it feels like I just bought a completely new pair. Thank you once again, Peep Eyewear—I highly recommend them. It’s worth trusting them.

They made a pair of glasses from photos of a pair that were custom made for me in Chicago.
I knew it was a tall order - but never expected how good they would turn out. Not 100% exactly the same of course but so close, and the essence of the glasses was captured.
Brilliant service from Chris at Peep. Great communication, honestly I can’t fault the experience in any way.

Superlative service!
As Debbie Harry sang, Picture This: Three years ago I bought two pairs of Viktor & Rolf frames from Specsavers and had them fitted with my prescription. Bizarrely, one pair vanished two weeks ago. How this happened remains a mystery. I contacted Specsavers who told me that the frames are discontinued. I moaned about this to a pal in the USA who loves shopping and searching online. I have no patience for either of those pastimes. To my immense surprise he e-mailed me that he had found a pair of 'my' frames on Peep Eyewear, and sent me the link. Five minutes later I had bought them - and today they arrived via 48 hours tracked Royal Mail. Excellently packaged, and in a kooky triangular spectacles box. I am beyond delighted and wanted the world to know how impressed I am with Jo and the team at Peep Eyewear. I shall be a returning customer without doubt. Thank you!

Fantastic service! Was blown away at how the glasses came back. I have had these for 6 years so you can imagine how they looked before they were refurbished. The lenses were updated to my current prescription and had extras added to the lenses to give them a better look and feel. Peep polished my scratched and dull looking Cutler and Gross glasses and made them look better than new! They somehow put them back together better than the original manufacturer too, as now the arms (if that's what you call them) fit more seamlessly with the main part of the frame. An excellent service and well worth the price.

I have to leave this review as Peep have literally saved me at least £350. My glasses were broken but my varifocal lenses were fine and they cost me about £400 alone. My opticians would not do anything and wanted to get new frame and lenses. I came across Peep who have fitted my lenses into another frame ( D and G I might add) for basically £65. I cannot believe it and the service itself is outstanding, from the minute I posted my lenses off. Kept informed every step of the way and mega quick!! I can now see again and I am so very grateful. X

Highly recommend Peep Eyewear! I needed to upgrade my glasses due to a prescription change but was having massive issues finding a new frame that fit my face. After a long search I came across Peep who were able to make me a replica pair based off my old glasses! Not only did they do an amazing job matching my old frames but they were able to do it very quickly and were really helpful throughout the whole process! If you're looking for some replica frames, I would definitely recommend these guys!!

Crystals replaced
After hours of searching, I came across Peep and less than 1 wee later the missing crystals had been replaced in my amazing sunglasses and I also paid a bit extra to get them deep cleaned. Absolutely amazing and so glad I found them. I shall be telling all who listen! Thank you so much 🕶💎❤️
