Sent my glasses away for repair for a solder as frame was snapped got them back a week later and frame still snapped £40 wasted and still no glasses, avoid

Having had the lens fixing screw/bracket broken on a pair of glasses, I was looking for somewhere/someone who could (hopefully) repair them.
Out of the blue, I happened to be watching a TV programme about a lake district diving team who found peoples belongings dropped into e.g.lakes.
The programme featured a company called Peep Eyewear who repaired glasses.
I gave them a call, had a chat to Chris and duly sent the glasses off to 'Peep'.
Glasses came back, within a week (great turnaround!) looking like new and at a very reasonable price.
First class all round.! Would gladly recommend them.

They replied to my enquiry very quickly, the whole process all in all took only a few days and now my sunglasses are good as new!! I had a lot of anxiety about posting my precious glasses but it worked out perfectly. Thank you!

Sent glasses away for a leg and hinge repair which was completed unfortunately the frame broke during repair
This was fixed by putting my varifocal lenses into a new frame at no extra charge

I first emailed Chris after seeing his business on TV. I had a very sad looking pair of Chanel sunglasses, originally bought in 2002 . Chris always replied promptly, advised on what he could do. I sent my sunglasses to him and in no time at all , within a week , I received them back . They are absolutely amazing!! Cleaned , diamantés replaced, nose pads replaced and Chris sent me a replacement Chanel case and cloth . So if you have glasses you love and don’t want to part with , give Chris at Peep Eyewear them , you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent, prompt service. My broken glasses were there and back in 10 days. Hinge replaced, all cleaned. They now look brand new. Absolutely brilliant! Love this

It is a great service, very pleased with the cleaning of my frames and was interested see them cleaning frames on TV recently. But at £120 fir cleaning 2 frames it has recently become more expensive

This is my first review of Peep but my second time using their repair and clean service and they have exceeded expectations both times!
I have had the same repair done firstly on my left side and most recently on the right side of my glasses, where the screw joining the arm to my frameless lenses has broken off. I was told that it could not be fixed by my now ex opticians repair team and low and behold it was not a problem at Peep! From drop off to them returning was less than a week and they feel more secure now than they did when I first bought them.
Brilliant service, great people and when I am due for new glasses I will be coming back to Peep for my new glasses.Thank you very much

Chris was super helpful with my order. I found the frames I had been wanting for ages and used the try it on at home service first which was so easy. Then I chose my lenses, sent the frames back and they were returned to me within a week. I couldn’t be happier. Such a lovely company. I’ll be using again for sure.

I emailed them about my sunglasses which were stepped on and bent regarding which option was best to choose for the repair. They quickly responded with a helpful link to create the order for repair.
The the order was sent and returned within the same week and they're fully repaired. Great customer service and extremely happy with the outcome.

So thrilled with the service at Peep eyewear! My initial email inquiry was responded to swiftly and in a pleasant manner. I sent for repair a pair of glasses that were too wide and frame that were slightly twisted, also a pair of sunglasses with a broken arm. Super happy with the high quality repair, definitely recommend

£50 for a pair of prescription reading glasses seems good to me, fitted in existing frames which we know fit and are good for a few more years yet. Considering how much we've wasted on frames over the years, Peep's excellent service and willingness to re-cycle is especially satisfying.

I searched high & low to ensure that I got the genuine article, as there suddenly seemed to be hundreds of "Peeps" advertised everywhere.
Eventually I was successful, they arrived this morning & I have only had to clean my glasses once all day as opposed to the previously countless rubs on my tee-shirt ! They are absolutely Excellent ! I have honestly never had such clean glasses, other than at the opticians. I 100% recommend them, from Carbon Klean.

I bought a pair of quirky Prada sunglasses online (as a present for my daughter) from a well-known high street store in their sale, and they arrived in their fancy box with several tiny screws which had fallen out. Thinking that any optician would easily fix them, I didn’t bother to return them - until after the “return” period had expired. Local optician refused to mend them, said they were “not allowed” to do this - and then I found Peep Eyewear online! Sent them to Jo on Friday and the glasses were back with me on Monday, restored to their glory! First Class service, and with a smile! Fabulous customer service. Was a bit nervous about sending them off as had approached other sites with pictures only to be told "we refurb frames but cant do yours......".

Anyhoo, so pleased I'll be able to wear these again.
