Very impressed by the company from Sales, install and follow-up. Sako was clear, precise and knowledgeable building the solution we wanted. The install team were diligent, hard-working, polite and professional. Our install was tricky due to minimal underfloor clearance, but nothing seemed a problem for the team. They followed up questions rapidly and provided excellent post-install service.
We've already asked them to install a second system (upstairs) based on our experience.

The device they gave was very good. I found there deposit process confusing, much easier for one simple deposit say 50% then final payment before installation
.also the companies name should be the headline on all messages not the name of the operator who sent it.

The installers arrived on time and were efficient in installing the aircon.
