I’ll start by saying I would recommend David Reed to any individual or team who are interested in leveling up their sales game. David was instrumental in my success as a seller and he left me in a much better place than I started. He is truly great at making discovery approachable, improving objection handling, and providing all of the tools that one needs to exceed their goals.

Incredible and Motivating Experience

I worked with David at Pendulum for almost a year at my current company. His knowledge of the sales process as well as customers was invaluable for not only myself but my team. We had been struggling with our sales strategy, it had not changed for many years. We found that the customers we were speaking with were less engaged and were not seeing the value in our service. When David came in, he immediately saw areas of improvement and worked together with us to develop a new strategy. We quickly restructured and started seeing an incredible difference with the value of conversations we were having with prospects, shortened sales cycles, and more deals coming across the finish line. David also helped us develop better reporting with more efficient data we could present to management on a weekly/monthly basis to better showcase metrics data and improvement. I cannot emphasize how much we enjoyed working together with David on what would work best for our organization and our industry rather than someone just sending generic items that may or may not work. If you think your sales team is no longer motivated or just isn't performing up to your standards, I cannot recommend David and Pendulum Certified enough.
