A Terrific Company
Penn has made me rethink my jaded opinion of a British construction company. Everyone who worked on my balcony was completely reliable, professional, skilled and nice. Paul and Rosy answered every question immediately and dealt with it pronto. Andy the tiler was brilliant. And Penn discovered a fault with the external plumbing of the building that no managing agent had spotted for decades. I will definitely use Penn again

Chimney breast removal
We used Penn Maintenance to remove a chimney breast. The team were friendly, professional, tidy, minimised mess and did a great job from knocking the brickwork out through to plastering at the end. I would definitely recommend.

Highly Recommended
I have been working with Penn Maintenance for the past few months and have found them to be excellent and highly professional. They are consistently punctual, reasonably priced, happy to help and honest. No job is too big or too small, Paul is one of the best contacts I have worked with. He is always so helpful, friendly and keeps me informed throughout the whole journey. We recently had Matt assigned to one of our jobs, and I cannot begin to tell you how professional, quick, tidy and helpful he was.
Communication was clear throughout and their customer service was great from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable maintenance company. A truly reliable and outstanding maintenance service.
