Easiness of process
It was easy to find and use their ap, fast and quick answers, up to 4 weeks would of got more but harder to navigate putting a review on for them

Penny pensions process was Simple…
Penny pensions process is so simple they take control and find you pensions. Locate and source all from previous jobs, which was my aim as I had contracted pensions from different jobs. All now in one place secure and growing with good visibility from the app, which is updated regularly. All I advise is give yourself as an individual time to get your pensions sorted, as it’s not a quick process (mine took around a year to finally complete transfers) and beneficial to have them ready for when retirement comes. Also it’s worked as a good aid to see if your pension pots are the value they should be. Couldn't rate penny pensions enough highly recommend 👍

We are so grateful to have you as a Penny Pension member and a wonderful advocate. Good point on transfers, we will always try to make this as simple as possible but some providers will always have very drawn out cumbersome paper based transfer procedures that can't be avoided.
