A Greater Understanding
It became apparent to me that my pension plan was not structured in a way for me to understand how my finances for the future could look. After a work colleagues recommendation I did a little research and opted for Penny Pension to consolidate my old pensions. I gave them the required information as accurately as I could source about previous employment and my various home addresses. (Policy numbers would of helped but unfortunately I've not been the most organised!) Some pensions being defined benefits are not possible to transfer as protected guarantees/ benefits could be lost. Lianna explained this all to me and gave me some useful contact information regarding these type of pensions. I now have a few pensions on Penny Pension and I feel a lot more at ease about understanding the pensions I have and how these could be nurtured for the future. It has given me the impetus to build a more accurate picture of where I am now pension wise and what I need to action for the prosperity of my future retirement. Thank you Lianna for your courteous, prompt and detailed response.

Hugely impressive
Penny has been hugely impressive. I knew I had an old pension out there, but not how to track it down. Penny found it for me, and supported me patiently and clearly as the original provider dragged its heels. They were always helpful, friendly and prompt with replies. My old pension is now safely into my Penny account – and proved to be worth almost £40,000! I’m delighted with Penny
