The product is beautiful and our clients love the pens. The only problem is that when they're shipped the ink comes out and we always received a bunch of pens that are stained and have to be tossed. This is our third order with the same issue.

I absolutely love these pens. They look so nice and a great way to celebrate our business 40th anniversary. I do wish they were a little cheaper for non-profits. But overall I am very pleased.
