Our original order requested a colored logo - instead, we received an outline in black without the colors depicted below. I sent an email several weeks ago (directly to the customer service associate that I worked with) in addition to providing a rating. To date, I have not received a response from anyone. We would like to discuss this matter further before considering future business.
