The pen is good for the price with exception of the ink. A better ink barrel needs to be used. After only a short use the ink leaves blobs on your paper, one of the pens leaked and got ink on my desk. Globs of ink build up on the tip of the pen. Not good for promotional products.

The pens that were delivered to us appear to be of good quality. The lettering is nice, clean, and crisp. They write very smoothly and we are quite happy with them.

You get what you pay for. 1/3 of the pens’ clicker function were not working - needed to be taken apart and fixed and only some were fixable. Won’t buy again.
