I have opened a complaint regarding this order. The quality of this model pen has decreased tremendously in terms of writing ability. The pen operates as if it is running out of ink. I hope you consider going back to the previous design (ballpoint/ink).

Our team was really excited for these pens. After placing our order, we received a phone call notifying us that two of the colors were out of stock (we ordered the variety pack). We requested that the order be put on hold until all of the colors were in stock. When our order shipped several weeks later, we discovered that there were very few blue pens and no purple pens at all. Additionally, the quality of these pens leaves something to be desired. Many of the pens don't write reliably on Post-it notes. The grip is not rubber or soft; it's hard plastic. The "click" mechanism sometimes fails to retract the ball-point, resulting in repeated "clicks". Overall, they're beautiful, but we were hoping for higher quality. Next time we may have to order a more expensive item.

The pens look good, and the logo was great. The issue is that the ink is dry in most of them.

There are many types of pens out there, some are difficult to write with because they are very thin or so smooth that you can't hold well. This pen is very nice to write with, easy to hold and comfortable to use.

Too expensive for the quality. Looks cheaply made. They were bought to put in goodie bags for our annual car show and I’m embarrassed to put them in. The first year we bought your pens they were nice and priced well. Every year since the price has gone up and the quality has gone down. We will probably be looking for a new provider next year.
