Millie was very very helpful
Millie was very very helpful, on email & on the phone very polite and helpful with the questions being asked, then at the end Barbara took over for finalising off my pension and once again very helpful, can’t fault the people who were involved , thanks again to all that were involved.

James was fantastic
Well James at pension app was amazing listened, understood my situation, a few details asked by him, and what can I say ,he found my details and secs not even minutes passed, I had a all my details and then he gave me all the details I need to move forward. James the call handler who was dealing…
James the call handler who was dealing with my pension.
He was very professional, polite and patient. I have had strokes in the past and my memory isnt very good, but James reassured me and gave me all the time I needed. He was veru thorough and understanding.
Was a please dealing with him and look forward to speaking to him again tomorrow
