We’re sorry to see your 1-star review, especially given the extensive work we’ve done on your behalf.
To clarify:
1. Wesleyan Pension – We initiated contact with providers, and while you located it yourself, providers don’t always confirm what prompted their response. It’s likely our efforts contributed, but we’re pleased you have access to it now.
2. Wadlow Grosvenor Pension – Our investigation with Mercer, Pan Trustee Services Ltd, and their insolvency practitioner confirmed there was no pension left to claim. HMRC verified that your entitlement had already been reintegrated into your State Pension via a State Scheme Premium, meaning there was no separate fund remaining.
3. Additional Checks – As part of our service, we conducted a full SERPS search free of charge, ensuring no other pensions were overlooked.
We understand pension tracing can be frustrating, particularly when expectations don’t align with reality, but we remained in regular contact, followed every lead, and provided clear updates. While we appreciate this wasn’t the outcome you had hoped for, we acted thoroughly and in your best interest throughout.

I was at a loss in trying to find a pension that I had done 20+ years ago and having no luck . I searched online for companies providing a pension search and found this company to have fantastic reviews so I contacted them them and have been amazed how fast and professional they have been . They found my pension within a couple of weeks kept in contact through out absolutely amazing this is definatly a 5***** company and will definitely recommend to all thankyou
