People Connect USA Avis 

This supposed company has scammed my mother, pretending to be Microsoft. Do not give them your credit card information or any other personal details.

Scammed my mother inlaw for 500.00 saying they were Microsoft..BEWARE

Though some users may have received helpful tech support, all my research points to this being a scam.

My research concluded
- The WHOIS record for peopleconnectusa.com has contact info connected to known scams
- independent webarchives (waybackmachine) of their services page advertise that will sell your software to un-tech-savvy people
- there is no source corroborating they are a Microsoft Service Provider.

In fact, all the positive reviews are from 2016 or earlier. The current website DOES NOT look like the one shown on Trustpilot.

It's very possible that a legitimate website went out of business, and scammers have swooped in on their domain name.

Would steer clear.

I was having a "huge" problem with Microsoft Outlook that no one could help me with -- until I worked with People Connect USA. Since I connect with people Connect today.... I encountered, and I received excellent Service, and was given great advice as to what to do in the Future. Every time that I call I am always greeted with a very positive responses with the Tech...I am not really Computer Literate, and they understand that and walk me through the things to make my Computer Serviceable.. When my Contract expires I will definitely renew the subscription or Contract, It is a pleasure working with Professionals...Thank you for your Service.....
