Not really worth one star. Dress was like a rag - never seen such cheap material. I’d advise not to buy anything from this website. Too difficult to return and no guarantee of a refund ever arriving so kept it for dust sheets .

I ordered coat
I ordered coat, unfortunately size was not right (no one's fault) . I tried to get return labels from the website. No luck, I emailed them, within 2 days I received email back saying they need picture of the ordered product and reason why. I replied few days later as I was out of town and did not have pictures. Day later they replied back saying instead of returning it they happy to send me correct size if I pay £19 and I can keep the jacket I paid for as FREE GIFT (not really free as I paid for it) I politely refused and asked for return labels again. 1 day later they replied they do not cover return cost (website said FREE RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS) I have a screen shot of it. and also long instructions on example of how this package can be lost in transit back to China as they do not have UK store and if it does not arrive within 30 days since delivery date I will not get money back. And if they do I will receive some of my money as credit and not in my bank account.
Please do not buy anything from them as you will have massive issue of getting your money back and they will make sure you will not make it on time of 30 days return policy.

The coat is a cheep rag. Emailed them they don't reply.
Sent it back by recorded delivery 2 weeks ago asking for a refund.
Not heard from them since.
I will tack them to a small clams court.

Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star - size arrived a lot smaller than expected, inside label was cut out, quality very poor, £60.00 wasted.

I bought a jacket from these sleaze…
I bought a jacket from these sleaze bags & when it turned up it was dreadful.
After numerous e-mails I managed to get half the money back!
Don’t USE this company, they just to rip you off

My good friend got ripped off
My good friend got ripped off, after purchasing what she thought was a pair of good quality cargo sorts for her husband. She paid £34.99 and when they arrived, she was shocked at how bad and very poor quality
