We are committed to delivering high-quality pure peptides and research material. We focus on purity, consistency and transparency. Rather than relying solely on documentation supplied by manufacturers, we regularly test our products through independent, third-party laboratories here in Australia. This additional local testing helps us verify product purity and gives our customers greater confidence in the quality of every order. We also believe premium quality should remain accessible. By keeping our pricing fair and efficient, we provide dependable products without unnecessary markups. Combined with responsive customer support, secure packaging and fast, trackable shipping across Australia, we aim to make every step of your experience simple, reliable and reassuring.

Newstart
From the moment i got in touch with Pepshop everything was so easy. At the time I had been checking a few companies, because you're always a little apprehensive of what you're going to get. The Pepshop stood out because i was bit new to all this and they were so helpful with every question i asked and weren't robotic as the others. I went with Reta, SS-31 and MotsC, all these came with current COA's the prices were very competitive so i ordered what i needed and it came in 2 days. The AusPost service is fast and stock came discreet, neatly packed and well presented. The Pepshop is your one stop shop! Everything you need with plenty of experienced advice if you need that too. Will definitely be using these guys all the time.

Postage was quick and service good but quality of products were questionable and didn’t feel I was provided genuine answers when I asked about business. Also wasn’t happy with international card fee for payment

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you were happy with our postage and service.
We’re sorry that some aspects of your experience left you with concerns. Our products are independently verified in Australia, with verification available through the independent laboratory’s website, and we take their quality very seriously. We also appreciated the opportunity to clarify that we are an independently operated Australian business, separate from the other company you asked us about.
Regarding the international card fee, this was an issue we had only recently become aware of and were already working to resolve. We have since introduced a standard discount to help offset this fee, which is clearly shown at checkout.
We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps to address the concerns raised. You’re always very welcome to contact us if there’s anything further we can clarify.
Amazing service
Amazing service, The Peptide just feel different to what i use to take as in stength wise, but maybe i was going to strong on the previous does.
