Customer service was great even at midnight. Plus I got a little birthday extra. Really prompt on getting the label created within the hour for 2 day shipping. It was the lowest price for glp2 t I've ever heard of in 2 years. 43$ for 15 mgs plus a little extra. Wow that's unheard of. Its not here yet but it's on the way and I didn't have to wait for processing.

Great customer service. The quality is above what I expected. Highly recommend them for your peptides. Now problem with the caps. Just pop them off. Don’t try to work them off slowly. This will make anyone’s seal tear. Watch a YouTube video if you are unsure of anything.

Popped the top, and the whole crimp came completely off. Been dealing with these things for a while now, never had that happen.
As I’m sure most folks will know, that compromised the sterility. Faulty crimp, or cheap material. Unusable.
Haven’t reached out yet, but I’ll update after resolution is found or not. This was my first order, not exactly impressed.

Update. I find it suspicious how an unprompted review about my exact problem just happened to pop up. Nice one Robert! You almost got the people who read trust pilot to believe user error was the issue. If you had bothered to read, we both “pop the top”.
Sooooo. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! IF THEY DONT CARE ABOUT BUSINESS, THEY DONT CARE.
This was an excellent attempt at some prime gaslighting. If they would do this, imagine what else they don’t care about. Remember to test what you receive. Definitely don’t test it on anything you care about.
This place doesn’t exactly exude integrity.

Update! We received a mass email from PG (because we were actually customers), asking essentially begging anyone who has made a past purchase to place a review for 10% off. That’s called funeraling. It’s when you invite positive reviews to bury bad ones. We passed on our “super duper top secret extra spicy” order info to trust pilot this time rather than PG. Here is our review. Keep your 10%.

They claim on their website that all of their products have a certificate of analysis by Janoshik. But this isn't true. For some of their products when you hover over the item they have COAs, but others don't. I checked the COA page and there were NOT COAs for all of their products. If they do have them, they're not on the product page and they're not on the COA page.

I accidentally omitted an item from a large order and reached out via email to ask if it could be shipped without additional cost. The following day, I received a call from Bruno, who promptly assured me he would take care of the shipping and arranged for it to be sent out right away. The item arrived just two days later. Outstanding customer service and responsiveness!
