Top notch customer support!
There was a mistake made with my shipment. One email to inquire about my order was all it took for resolution. Casey responded quickly and the team had a correct shipment out to me asap. Overall a perfect experience considering my ask for support. Customer service and support is top notch and I absolutely recommend anyone to purchase research supplies from Peptidepro!

A great Peptide company
I have been on Glp1s for 2 years and when my insurance stopped covering GLPs I started researching other sources and found Peptide pro and was amazed at the product quality. peptide pros GLPs work as good if not better than what I was getting from the pharmacy. The cost savings is huge!!!! I am an engineer and trust me I research everything. peptide pro is my source. I recently had full replacement shoulder surgery and started bpc157 and it’s been 6 weeks and my surgeon was amazed with how well I recovered. The scar you can hardly see and I have 0 pain. Peptide pro is the real deal.

I am a new customer and missed a step in my purchase. The help desk person checked in with me, Was very kind and helpful. After things were corrected, they followed up again to insure I was satisfied. I have had bad customer service or no customer service from other companies, not here though. I am a Very happy customer now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order during their Black Friday sale and after 9 days, I called them to find out where the order was. They advised they had shipped out "most" orders from the sale, but not mine. Asked to cancel and get a refund and 4 days later I am still waiting for the refund. Meanwhile they have announced another sale. Asked for a supervisor call back, never received one. Buyer beware.

I had high hopes for my experience with…
I am obliged to change my review from 12/8/2025. I wrote the review because I paid with Zelle and it took a while to get my order. Eventually the order showed up, was packaged properly, and my research gets to continue. I will likely use this company again if my research results continue on the same track.

Great experience so far! Ordering and payment process was really easy and their prices are really good. I heard about their website from Marc at tiger fitness and they did not disappoint. Will be ordering more soon. Casey was extremely helpful and response times were way faster than expected.
