I’ve ordered from Peptide Source Canada…
I’ve ordered from Peptide Source Canada before and had good results — particularly with their testosterone gel and injectable cypionate, so I had confidence in the company. Unfortunately, this time around was a letdown.
I ordered two vials of Retatrutide, and neither vial worked. No appetite suppression, no side effects, absolutely no response. I suspect the issue was shipping — the package was sent without cold packing during an Ontario heat wave, with temperatures hitting over 34°C. Peptides are sensitive, and this kind of exposure likely degraded the product.
I reached out to customer service and spoke with Noah, who responded quickly and professionally. He asked for photos (which I sent), and then suggested I try Mounjaro instead, as it apparently holds up better in heat. That’s fine — but what about the two dead vials of Retatrutide?
I asked if future orders could be cold packed, and they said yes, and even offered to do it free of charge. That’s appreciated — but honestly, it should have been standard procedure in the first place, especially in summer, and especially when shipping peptides within Ontario during a heatwave.
I'm giving 3 stars, not 1, because:
They’ve been solid in the past.
Customer service was responsive and respectful.
This may be a one-off.
But I removed:
1 star for shipping peptides without cold protection, despite known heat conditions.
1 star because they didn’t offer a replacement, refund, or even a discount on the next order to make up for the $360 loss. I even followed up asking what to do with the remaining useless vial — no response.
Overall, I’m disappointed and will be switching to Canadian Made Labs for Retatrutide, which I hear just got stock in. Peptide Source has potential, and some of their products are clearly good (hence all the 5-star reviews), but I can’t afford another expensive letdown like this.
