Perch Loans (USA) Avis 

I to have been trying for over 2 months to payoff loan. No website,no phone no nothing. I have no idea what will happen to outstanding balance. What I do know is they will NOT collect any late fees or other crap. This is on them !!!

I can't reach anyone. I've been trying for over a week via phone, website, and email. Nothing. I guess I'll have to cancel any remaining payments to Perch Loans.

I took out a loan with Perch with ACH withdrawals. In July, 2021 they took a payment three days ahead of scheduled date, overdrafting my account. I called and after about 5 calls trying to fix the issue and getting a refund of my costs due to the overdraft; they made the adjustments but put my account in collections even though I was current on my payments. Phone calls did not work. I could not speak to the agent who fixed the OD problem. Usually I could not get an answer at all, usually hanging up after 15+ minutes. I tried to make regular payments, but many months I was not able to open my online account. However, Perch would take out ACH payments randomly. I finally withdrew, in writing, my permission to use ACH June 7, 2022, telling the company I will make payments via debit card option on-line. I repeated that I was keeping a record ( I had filed a report with BBB after the July 2021 issue) and I needed to control the payments. I was not able to access my account on-line in June 2022, but on July 7, 2022 Perch again withdrew an ACH payment overdrafting my account. I insisted they take that charge off my balance, which they have not done. I was not able to access my online account, and I notified Perch that I would make debit card payments once they restored my on-line access. Today, they again took an ACH payment out. I will stop ACH access through my bank, which will cost me a fee. I have notified Perch that I expect them to deduct all my extra expenses, and I have insisted that I will make all subsequent payments via debit. This has been a very unsettling experience.

I deferred one payment it was approved and since that time I'm getting collection past due calls. My payments are set up automatic thru my bank and one payment paid today per my bank. I get this call this evening my perch loan is past due. Wait I said what payment are you calling about the rep replied back your June payment!!!! ( This is May 18) I ask why are you calling me today. She didn't know ,we got disconnected. I called back and another rep couldn't find me thru my phone number. I called back and the rep explained when you defer it sometimes messes up the system. I don't like and will not accept calls from a debt that I'm paying on time.

I applied for a loan (pre-approved) and everything seemed okay. The loan agreement in place, the payment schedule set and I am ready to sign and there is a message that my loan was being received and they would contact me shortly.5 days later, not a word. Bogus.

Tried paying off a loan. Nothing on their website tells you that you can't use Chime or any thing like it to make payments. I tried 2 times through their automated system & kept getting transferred to a live Advance America agent (didn't know they were connected), didn't understand why until the agent told me they are sister companies. I spent over an hour & accomplished NOTHING.

I have just checked my credit report and have a perch loan entered on my report where the account was opened 6 months after I moved out of my previous home. Any suggestions who I can contact regarding this?

I am so Thanful for perch loan. There loans are very reasonable and it works within my budget. The repayment plan is so much cheaper and the website always available if I need to move my payment to a later date .

Perch Loans USA got back to me after my review and advised they are being mistaken for a British company with similar name, I have taken details they kindly gave and will contact them instead, thus why I have updated my review.
