finance is about relationships and…
finance is about relationships and people. not some stupid artificial intelligence based tick box system. and i don't think however intelligent plastic intelligence gets, one can build a relationship with robots.
percy finance has live real people thankfully with their own intelligence so they are not (yet!!) leaning too heavily on the digital world. it is a service industry and service to fellow humans can only be provided by real humans, not bots. there is always someone you can talk to at percy finance, who does not switch off digitally at the stroke of 5 pm, and that is what makes the difference....and believe me it is a huge difference, it is the difference between keeping industry alive in this great country and it going totally dead. at times looking at the big banks and their virtual assistants and such assorted morons, i am left wondering if this was the same country that built the concorde! technolgy is good if it serves man, we are soon reaching a threshold where man is serving technology. ie the tail wagging the dog. and to me that is not a happy dog! percy finance is "old fashioned" if you like, but understands that not everything that is working well, needs to be "fixed"
