Customer service stops responding. Watch falls apart after literally 1 week of wearing it. No help on a replacement, been emailing with no reply. Phone number to call them doesn’t work either.

These guys did a great job, and the customer service is great!! I have purchased two watches, and both are good quality. I have had real Rolex for years, but don't wear it much because I don't what to scratch it. This is the next best thing. You can't tell the difference. But buy the Swiss made as they are made well.

This is my second purchase from Perfect Rolex. I own a real Rolex other high end watches and honestly I can't tell the difference. The first watch I purchased about 6 months ago and I prefer to wear it to any of my other watches. My most recent purchase was a gift for my son. I am very pleased with the quality of the product! The service from Perfect Rolex cannot be beat and everything promised was delivered. What more can you ask for?

4 watches and great experience
I've made two orders for 4 watches total. The quality of the watch is excellent. They have all the correct etchings and markings. I've only had the first pair for 3 months but so far they keep good time and charge as intended. The customer support has been amazing! Better than what you'd get from a regular watch company.

Rolex Air King with Blue Dial
I just received the Air King watch a few days ago, and I really like it. It keeps nearly perfect time and looks beautiful. I was somewhat disappointed, though, in the bracelet. The bracelet in the description was the old-style Oyster bracelet, which I like better and was the reason I ordered this one. The watch came with the new style bracelet. I was a little disappointed, but I love the watch anyway! And, as usual, customer service was spectacular ... following up with phone calls and emails every step of the way. I actually got the watch about a week sooner than expected. This was my 4th watch from Perfect Rolex. I love them all and will likely buy more. Thank you for the outstanding product quality and service!

We're ecstatic you love your new Air King! It truly is a stunning timepiece, and keeping "nearly perfect" time is about as good as it gets without becoming sentient and starting its own time travel agency.
Now, about the bracelet situation. We confess, a tiny gremlin may have snuck into our inventory and swapped the Oyster for the newer style. We're putting extra cheese on his pizza bribe to ensure this never happens again. (Don't worry, he prefers pineapple as punishment.)
In all seriousness, we sincerely apologize for the bracelet mix-up. We'd love to get you the classic Oyster you deserve. Please reach out to our customer service team (those same amazing folks who showered you with updates) and they'll get things squared away faster than you can say "time flies when you're having fun with a new watch."

What can be said? I'm just so pleased with this company. I've bought 3 watches from them in the last 3 months. Each experience was flawless! Each watch was better than I could have hoped for! I've bought two datejust watches, and just got in my favorite, the Air King. Beautiful! Their watches are pretty darn good quality, they keep time as well as one would expect.
Also, these folks are above and beyond with pre-sale if you have questions, they are on top of the transaction during the sale and believe this: they FOLLOW THROUGH beyond any sales force or company that I've ever, ever seen in my life!!! Holy cow, they do follow-up calls to their clients probably 3 times after the sale to make sure your buying and product experience was as good as it could be!!! Bravo Perfect Rolex!!!!!!
