Avoid avoid avoid
Purchased NAD injectable solution with bacterialistic water. The product was bad. It went like a gel/hard solution at the bottom. When i initially contacted them they told me it was very unusual and had never happened them before. They asked me what water i mixed it with and i explained the bacterialistic water they suggested and purchased from their own website. They then proceeded to tell me that the issue was due to the water.
They went from totally unusual to happen to then usual.
I was told to leave the product out of the fridge and let it warm up, it did nothing. I even left it out all night. Nothing.
I said i would send the product back and that i would expect a refund. I asked for a postage label, no response. No response to my email until i contacted them to which they just responded their address.
No mention of refund for postage costs, no mention of refund, even though they have already received the item. I emailed yesterday. No response.
No apology. No refund and i received a very bad product which could have been dangerous.
Terrible company, no customer service whatsoever. I will be letting everyone know too.
03.02.2016. Ive emailed twice since. No response. I need to go through my bank to get a refund it appears. I am shocked at how bad this company is.
Following response below i have received a refund. However i would like to point out, they did not respond after i asked them for a postal label. There were several unanswered emails.
Their website states this product to be used and promoted with bacterialistic water. Also the product went gloopy refrigerated or not. There was no prolonged storage at all. When i recieved the product, i did not open it or mix it for after a week. After mixing it went like this the next day, which is when i contacted them. They did not inform me at all that the product was mixed or stored incorrectly in fact they advised me not to use the product. As for a facebook group, there are several suppliers who provide information and people who have used the product for a long time. For this company to claim it is false information is a bit of a stretch.
Also regardless of their 14 day clause, they could have reciprocated with me after i asked for a refund but i had to email several times. Not good.

We would like to clarify the situation, as the review above contains several inaccuracies.
We were in active correspondence with the customer, during which it became clear that the product had been stored and handled incorrectly after reconstitution. This included refrigeration and prolonged storage of a reconstituted solution, which is known to cause precipitation in certain compounds such as NAD+.
The customer’s conclusions were largely based on unverified opinions from Facebook groups, which are not a reliable or scientific source of information. Unfortunately, misinformation is common in such forums.
It is also important to note that the product in question is clearly labelled and sold as “for research use only”, not as a medicinal product.
Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, we asked the customer to return the product for inspection.
- The parcel was received by us on 30 December
- The negative review was posted on 29 December, before we had even received the return
- This raises questions about the fairness and intent of the review.
Additionally, our store was closed on 31 December and 1 January, which was clearly communicated. During this time, we were unable to respond to emails.
According to our terms and conditions, refunds are processed within up to 14 days from receipt of the returned item. However, despite this, the customer has already received a full refund today, well within the stated timeframe.
We strongly encourage customers to make informed and considered purchases, to follow handling and storage guidance carefully, and to contact us directly with any concerns rather than relying on social media speculation.
We stand by the quality of our products and by our customer service process.

GOT SCAMMED ! ORDERED 16 of APRIL AND GUESS WHAT NEVER GOT ANYTHING; CALLED THEM AND TEL IS OUT OF SERVICE, NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVENT REPLIED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. LOST ALMOST 300 POUNDS. AVOID

Not the real deal!
I questioned the authenticity of the Tirzepatide before purchasing and was assured it was an authentic product.
Well..... as a user of Mounjaro for 9 months I can confirm that this product does not compare in quality, it does not give the same effects as the real stuff. I absolutely wasted my money and had no response from customer service. Save your money and do buy this product from this company
In response to the reply on here from the company - I got a pharmacist friend to mix the peptides so they were mixed correctly. I did plenty of research into the products. I had no response from you, so don't lie and state you said to contact the manufacturer. I purchased through your company, take responsibility!
