I didn´t know this site and was very pleasantly surprised with their willingness to help. The support staff really goes out of their way to make sure that you are truly satisfied.

Bought what I thought was a one off video 3 years ago. Have found out I have been paying £15 per month for the last 3 years because I was automatically signed up to their Scratch Golf series. Rip off (golf video series more expensive than youtube, netflix and spotify!) and deceitful business model. Avoid like the plague.

Bought a video 2 years ago...I did not realize that I was signing up for the rest of my life.....I got charged for the next 2 years without even knowing it....i am old....then when the charge went to $69/month I noticed...called them up and they did not answer...until you tell them that you are calling to "Place An Order", then they answer...and promise to cancel your charge....and give some unknown reason why the charge has more that tripled....without me EVER having been on their site....wow what I scam...I wonder if Hank Haney and all really know about the business they are named in

I've purchased training programmes from PGZ previously and they've always tried to sell me addtional services I didn't want. Then despite requests not to, I have seen payments taken from my bank for these unwanted services. People like Nick Faldo, Eric Cogorno, Hank Haney, Martin Chuck and Brian Mogg have endorsed PGZ, so it makes me wonder about them now. Even though I've had my money refunded, it has put me off doing business with them in future. I'd advise you to be wary, and if you do purchase check your bank/credit card statements carefully to be sure they haven't take additional money.

I also purchased the Nick Faldo Performance Plane course because of the 365 day "no questions asked" refund policy. That course was not of much use to me, but I was constantly bombarded with 3 emails a day and a phone call trying to get me to buy other courses. These repetitive e-mails were 90% marketing and 10% "tip". I knew my purchase included a free period to try "Scratch Club", which was a monthly subscription noted by the first reviewer. Some of it was interesting though not that directly useful. Despite the relentless marketing to spend more money, I'm giving an extra star for the prompt refund when requested.

Purchased the Nick Faldo Plane Swing plan in January 2022.
Was woken by a phone call from the NatWest fraud team at 02.30 a.m. on Sunday morning (06/02/22).
I was told an American company was taking money from my credit card?.
I had been charged £14.07 for another golf improvement plan that I had not requested.
On investigation this is a continuous ploy by this company. People had been signed up for subscriptions
For small sums of money and had not noticed on their credit card statements.
I have messaged them several times but have had no reply. Nat West Bank has blocked the company from taking any more payments from my account.
My advice is to stay away from this company
