Perfume Samples Avis 22

I was curious about the reviews after I put a sample in my shopping basquet, to then receive non stop emails from them prompting me to complete the order. When I asked them to stop I only received more emails. A company that needs to pester potencial clients incesantely to purchase a £3.50 sample, can't be really good.
I can see they are not well rated and do not respond to complaints.

Terrible, don't use. I had unfortunately not read any reviews before I placed a sample of Richard E Grant Fragrance - Jack Covent Garden. I was told it would be shipped 28th Mar 2026. I advanced ordered it about 2 weeks before then, but as of yet still not received it. Very poor Customer Service, was really looking forward to getting this.

Avoid, total scam, money taken, nothing received, some token contact and then silence. AVOID

Ordered from here as it was the only place I could find samples of a particular perfume. I had heard nothing after a week so contacted them. Quick response apologising they were out of stock and I could choose other samples. Unfortunately I wanted this particular one and as they had no visible availability I asked for a refund. Took 9 days for the refund but at least I got it. All communications were on whatsapp and they responded promptly each time. Lost a star for length of time refund took but otherwise pleasantly surprised after reading previous reviews

Awfully. Definitely Scam.
Nothing getting from them.
Nobody answered.
All my letters or requests didn’t deliver.
They have one name for website, other name for e-mail, and completely another for payment details.
No any contacts on the website.
The domain registered at Slovenia….
It’s a pity that England government and police are not banned here scam like that!

Terrible. Heard nothing and then found it difficult to contact them. Eventually managed it and they said it would come in the following week which it did. BUT.
They charge flat rate £3.45 for postage, packaging being free, and it actually cost £1.55. The "gift box" was too small so is useless. I would very much doubt that it is a genuine sample, although I will check with the friend I bought it for, as it smells like fresh air spray.

Total and utter scam ! I’m opening up a case with my back ! Avoid at all costs the entire thing is a scam.

Not what it says on the tin.....I have a bottle of Louis Vuitton and was looking for a travel size to take on holiday so used this scam seller.
I got the bottle but it definitely is not LV...smells like cheap house air freshener.....no reply from them and reading other reviews I'm not convinced this will get solved

I’ve been waiting for my order for almost a month, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I contacted the help desk, and they said they would look into it and get back to me — but weeks have passed with no response.

I then requested a refund and offered to return the incorrect item, but again, I received no reply. I’ve followed up several times and still heard nothing.

To make matters worse, the perfume samples they sell don’t appear to be genuine. I wish I had checked the reviews earlier, as many others seem to have had the same experience.

Please be careful — I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site.

Awful company, would never use again. Long wait, wrong items, items missing, refund never arrived. Customer service useless. Please beware

Really wished looked at reviews first....... ordered sample and never received, no way of contacting company every email you send comes back with email no longer known message..... AVOID

Ordered a sample at the start of July and received it this weekend near the end of July. I sent a message on 15th to chase as had heard nothing. In spite of a number of messages to a fro since then I all I got was we will deliver your order soon with no explanations. I asked for a reason for the delay and was told it was a postal delay which was simply not true. I will not use again as they cannot be trusted. I do not understand what is going on with this company. I was so close to thinking it was a scam it was that bad.

Very disappointed. Waited weeks for the sample, only for it to arrive smelling like bug spray. I wanted to check whether my husband was still allergic to perfume, so that I could wear it on our anniversary if he was OK with it, but it is ghastly. Would not recommend.

Never received sample. Was offered alternatives by a help desk messaging system. Said no please could I have a refund. Promised refund but not received.
Wish I’d looked at Trust Pilot before I ordered from them 🙄

Never received my samples, never received a reply when I complained I never received it. From reading the other comments on here of people all having the same experience, it sounds like this company doesn't actually exist.

Paid for samples I never received. Absolute rip off. No response after numerous attempts to contact customer service apart from one when I raised a complaint they said they would look into it but then ignored all my other messages.

Don't buy from this website. It's a scam. I ordered 2 perfume samples, which never arrived. My messages were ignored.
Never got my money back.
