I recently visited Perfume Headquarters, and I couldn't be more impressed! The store offers an incredible selection of fragrances, from timeless classics to unique, hard-to-find scents. I am deeply disappointed in this company. I hardly ever place orders online but I read good reviews and decided to give Perfume headquarters a try. I really wanted to try Arabian brands and they shipped within the US. I placed my order, money was deducted from my wallet and I received an email that my order would be shipped. Immediately afterwards I received another email that my order was cancelled. Without any reason. And there seems to be no way of contacting them, no email adress. I really saved doe a while to present myself some nice perfume. It's terrible that companies do this to people. If you have no intention to ship to the given adress, why collect money?? I would never recommend this to anyone. Do not advertise shipping if is how you work. So disappointed 😞

Delayed Shipping
It has taken longer than a week to receive my delivery.
Update (7/14/24): My package was ready for pick up two days after its expected delivery date (granted, Houston was impacted by Hurricane Beyrl two days prior to the estimated delivery date). I appreciate the text alerts the company sent to inform me of any new updates on the tracking process of the package. The perfume I ordered was packaged well and was undamaged during transit. Overall, it was a great experience. If I choose to order again, I'll make sure to check that my area is free of possible hurricanes first.
