Should’ve started years ago
I wish I’d started this process years ago. I was always too embarrassed about excess hair. Well that is what they do and see all the time. Juliet makes you feel totally at ease and now I’m seeing results I eagerly await my next appointment. Worth the cost and slight discomfort to see an embarrassing issue disappear.

I started doing electrolysis on my face…
I started doing electrolysis on my face less than a year ago after several years of doing laser. My therapist was Gemma and she was exceptionally good. She made me feel comfortable and was very efficient. With one or two sessions left, my face looks amazing and I am extremely happy with the results.

Nobody told me how intense the pain would be
Too early to tell my levels of satisfaction but nobody told me how intense the pain would be. While only brief, it was really bad however since the treatment, I've been informed that there are creams available to apply before treatment which lessen the pain.

For clients who experience significant pain at their first treatment (which our experience shows is fewer than 10% of clients) we will then let them know of options (which we cannot directly administer nor promote) that are available to reduce their pain sensitivity ahead of future treatment appointments should they wish to pursue them.
