Delivered timely and was what I expected

The doggie dish I ordered for my new granddaughter puppy, turned out excellent! The doggie on the dish looks like our new puppy. My daughter in-law was so excited and happy when she saw it and with the doggies name on it. It’s beautiful. It could not have been a better gift. Your the Best!!!

SHIPPING TAKES SOME TIME, ALMOST A MONTH, DROPPED IN A OPEN MAIL ROOM,WHERE IT COULD HAVE GOTTON STOLEN, INSTEAD OF LEAVEING IT BY MY APARTMENT DOOR.. WRAPPED IN BAGS INSTEAD OF BEING PUT IN SHOE BOXES FOR PATRIOTIC SHOES? SHOULDNT THEY BE MADE IN THE USA????

Was under the impression my mat was made in the US. Received an extra charge due to the fact it did not.

I was very pleased with the shirt! The material is nicer than I expected, and I received it a couple of days earlier than promised. I would order from them again!

I've been looking for a larger than the standard size coffee mug for quite some time and when I found this one, it was the perfect size and I was able to add photos of my old cars. A very good product and I would highly recommend dealing with these people.Cheers Colin.

Ordered shirt in 1-24-26 for an event and have still not received it. Was told it would not be delivered until 2-9-26 if I had know. That it would be that late I would not have ordered it. I will not have it as a gift for the occasion.

This company doesn’t tell you it is out of the country and then it takes months to get the items ordered.

Never received and they don't respond to refunds.

I ordered a custom oven mitt this for my brother in law for our secret santa on November 30th. I hoped it would come before Christmas, as the site promised I'd get it by 12/17. I reached out about where it was closer to christmas and they said I would get a notification once it was delivered (not helpful at all).

It's now January 26th and I never got my order. I have reached out countless of times, but they have not responded since their first email telling me I'd be notified once I received my package. I've asked for a refund but have been ghosted. I will now have to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

Such a hassle and felt horrible with this being part of a gift that will never be received. I will never purchase anything from here again and you shouldn't either.

Easy to access site. Always great products and prompt delivery. In my last order not all the information had gone through and I was contacted in less than 24 hours to correct the issue and products still arrived promptly.

I placed an order with them on 12/2 for a Christmas Gift, well in advance plenty of time to make & ship per their website. They sent me a cryptic email stating the item shipped, but no actual tracking, moreso a embedded image on their website, no info on which carrier. Package never arrived, I emailed them they asked if I wanted a refund or re-do the order, I asked for a re-do, and they've never responded. So they took my money, didn't actually provide any proof that a carrier was shipping the item, and are ignoring multiple inquiries to get the order re-placed.

I placed my order Dec 14, by Dec 18 I had an update saying my order was on the way. It is now Jan 6 and I still do not have my items

I placed my order on December 16th. It’s been 3 weeks and still hasn’t arrived. The tracking shows it’s been in Illinois for the past week after it finally changed to shipped status.

I didn't get the correct order I got somebody else else's doormat with cats on it not my doormat with my dogs on it

Poor and no communication when I inquired about my order. It took way to long to receive my order; 3 weeks. Item quality is not worth the price.

Found Fury while hunting for an ugly sweater and made one with photos of my whole department (10 of us). The quality surprised me—in a good way. The reactions were absolutely priceless and I won our contest unanimously. Wore it again to the company party and it became the talk of the night—senior leadership even asked how to order for next year. Highly recommended… if you’re ready to be the center of attention.

Placed my order for an oven mitt and pot holder on November 16, expected delivery approx 10 days.
(I thought a little long but reasonable),needed for Dec 17 Birthday gift.
After 3 painful attempts to find out where my order was customer support finally contacted me saying it was in transit…finally delivered on December 18 in a crushed box. The quality and material were subpar for the price paid. What a disappointment for sure. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I actually received it👎
