Just thought it was very expensive and the material quality was inferior.
Love the idea but too costly

It's a little hard to write a positive review when I have yet to receive the item ordered and can't seem to find out if or when it will arrive.

The process to personalize the oven mitt and pot holder was easy to follow. The items came out exactly as shown and are well made. It makes a great personalized gift for a great cook or baker.

I ordered a gift Nov 16 and still haven’t received it. So far my experience is the worse I have ever received.

I've tried to return an item, dog tick collars. No communication except they are reviewing. And, that was over a week ago. What review could it possibly take still sealed in the package and new!

Is it possible to give a minus star? I placed an order in 10/21/25. After 10 days I contacted the company to ask when I would receive my order or an update. I tried to track the order and all the info I could glean was that a label had been created. As of today, 11/4, I still have no idea of when I might receive my order and I have a birthday party I’m going to tomorrow, with no gift. This has been a very frustrating g experience. Not only is there no customer communication, but I have received several follow up emails from the company trying to get me to buy more. I have a huge problem with that. I think the order should be fulfilled and the product delivered before asking me to buy more…or in my case to write a review. For a product I haven’t received and no one can tell me if or when I’ll receive it. There are many online companies who follow up with orders and communicate with customers but this is not one of them. Buyer beware!

The garden flag is so cute. Their stock black poodle looks exactly like my black poodle. I’m very pleased with the product. Shipping was very long, but overall very happy.

The quality of the product is top notch. Beautfuly made.

The graphics are just like the picture, and it is very cute, but the quality of the mat is disappointing. It is only 1/4" thick, very smooth and I can't imagine it working as a door mat. I bought this for a gift, but I can't give it. One muddy or wet footprint and the graphic would be obscured. There are no hair or fibers to catch the dirt.

***** The mitts came in... and the "Don't make me" is not readable... I sent you an email showing what the issue is.... I really do not want to give this as a present....

Disappointed in quality of product and description of product is misleading. Contacted company about regarding product and return was denied. Be careful when ordering from this company.

I am getting asked to complete a review and I haven't rec'd my items. They were supposed to be here no later than 10/28 and If don't get them today, it will be too late.

I love the quality of the flags that I've purchased from this company. I recently lost one of my furbabies and wanted a flag to match from my recent rescue. They both match perfectly for my front yard. Alot of my friends love the flags. I let them know where I purchased them from
