I ordered the onesie for my niece's baby shower and found out after the fact that my sister (her mother) contacted PersonalFury directly to request a correction to the dachshund's name. I made a mistake on the dogs name and with no problem they corrected that, which I was very thankful for. I bought a baseball hat and a T-shirt and both of excellent quality! I’m giving it a 2 star because I loved everything about the design. Asked for large t-shirt and received a 2X Large size. I’m not going to give this to the individual that it was intended for. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

They said they delivered the package but it did not arrive.

Turned out to work just as advertised! Actually, was warm on a very cold night and a hit at the party. Good price and updated delivery was spot on.

The quality was awful. I don't know if this is how it's supposed to look although the product images looked clear and nothing like what I got! But, on my daughters faces (I got a separate keychain for each of my daughters faces x2 for me and my husband) and right in the middle of their faces, the best way I can describe it, it looks pixelated. Like white pixels all over their faces. I can't gift this to my husband! It was supposed to be an anniversary present for him and waited weeks for it and now its too late to get one made somewhere else in time! Cost me over $100 too for something I can't use!!
