We love these hoodies and polos. Great quality garments and print and they last really well. Website can be a bit tricky to get your head round but use the chat feature to ask them to set a quote up and you'll be up and running in no time.

Yet again Yazzoo have come up trumps. So helpful helping us find the right style and type of top, then such a quick turn around. We were all absolutely chuffed to bits with the final product.

Because the orders page is so difficult…and customer service has attitude
Because the orders page is so difficult to use and is not clear in what has been added into the basket against the designs we customised, we had to keep emailing back and forth to sales. They take 24 hours to get back to you and, they get it wrong and so according to their policy, you have to wait another 24 hours to get another response. Didn't want to move our business elsewhere but cannot work with a company that told us that 'we got confused'. We did not! We had it very clear what we wanted to order.

Hi Iain,
I've looked into your order. I can see that if you scroll down to the products section, you can view which designs are applied to which items, so I'm not sure why this isn't working for you? Next to each product there is a designs tab, which is active by default and shows images of each design on each product. If you want to add a new product, simply click on add another product to my order, and when you add the designs you want, choose them from your library to add them to your order page.
Also I can see from the chat transcript, that we repeatedly said that we were currently working on your email sent to us at 14:38 that day, and you seemed to keep getting increasingly angry that we weren't doing that, even though we were? Please read the transcript below. Niamh is explaining that we have a 24 hour reply policy as a maximum, but that we are literally working on your order at the time (10 minutes after it was received by us)

Hi Robert, Are you sure you have the right company? I have searched your email. There are no orders on our system under that email address?
I have also done a search on Alan Teader on our emails.
And the only thing that has popped up is Alan setting up a shop. There is no mention of any missing items.
I can also see under Alan’s email, and your email there are no orders on our system.
Have you got an order number or an email of who did the order?
So we can then take a deeper look into this for you?

After being let down by another company…
After being let down by another company I found Yazzoo personalised clothing. I submitted my logo which was quickly accepted. Great communication! I had two hoodies and two polo shirts bespoke embroidered. The finished articles were delivered a week earlier than expected. I am totally impressed with the level of service, the quality of the garments and a very competitive price. I will definitely be using this company again. Hands down a winner!!

Brilliant Service and Products
Another brilliant experience with Yazzoo! I am coach and use Yazzoo for my branded uniform and athlete kit. With a tight turn around for a large competition that I wanted to debut a new logo I set a specific delivery date, Yazzoo were brilliant and went out of their way to ensure I got the uniform in time. As usual the garments were spot on!

Absolutely amazing company, I canny thank the team enough!
Contacted them in September to arrange the 2026 leaver Hoodies for my sons year, the team were so helpful and helped me set up a shop so parent could individually place order. All due to be delivered today and arrived promptly!
Easy process from day 1 and customer service is the best I've ever experienced!
