They were great to start with however I wanted to cancel but insist on phone calls which just didn't work for me. I didn't want to have to waste my time and have a conversation knowing i wouldn't be buying them again as I didn't like the product.

Messaged them multiple times on Facebook with the automated response saying every time that they would be in contact with me soon but am still yet to hear back from them and they keep continuously trying to take money out of my bank. They have now tried 5 times and no one is responding to me.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have a lactose intolerant issue.. tried these.. and it seems that it has not disturbed my digestive system ..love the fact its personalised to individual needs. only issue is the fact they don't provide a scoop with the protien supplements.. other than that seems fine..

The staff are lovely, they’re always so quick to reply and very helpful. Almost feels like you’re talking to a friend! Stella Thompson in particular is amazing and has helped answer my queries a few times and was very helpful when my order was accidentally wrong, they helped to correct it so quickly.

I love how easy Personalised Co makes it to take your daily vits. They're delivered to your door every month without even having to think about it. It's also super easy to skip a month if needed.

The product itself isn’t bad. What’s bad is they make it hard to cancel. I had initially planned to try out a free trial and come back when I got paid, but to cancel you need to get them to call you. They don’t call you, but there’s an option to freeze the membership which I did. They still charged me £32. Yet to receive a refund despite messaging them.

Stella is honestly an angel. She’s so understanding and helpful and the customer service - if I could I would rate it a 100 stars.
I’m yet to receive the vitamins but I’ve had a friend try them before and she feels a way lot better. I believe people should be aware of what they put in their body and I tell you - you can trust personalised co. blindly, they know what they’re doing ;).

These vitamins are excellent. I've just been using them over a week and I already feel different: much more energized from vitamin B and D and recovered from my exercise with the magnesium. The digestive enzymes have also made such a difference in my gut health and I feel the best I've felt in a while! I also don't have the usual afternoon slump after lunch. I love the branding and daily messages as well - such a nice touch that cheers up my day and makes taking vitamins fun!

Great company and products have great quality. Customer service is attentive and very helpful when you're needing assistance. Just for that I'd highly recommend them.
