Ordered a plaque for umrah it came too small and writing on the bottom the names can not be read
Very upset and disappointed in the service when I messaged back it’s my fault

I had an excellent experience with Personalized Bees and would highly recommend them.

I ordered nine personalised plaques for our end-of-year Qur'an completion awards, and I was genuinely impressed with both the quality of the products and the outstanding customer service.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, checking that I was happy with the design, wording, and layout before proceeding with production. They also clearly explained how any changes could affect the delivery timeline, which I really appreciated.

Initially, I placed my order and the plaques had already gone into the customisation stage. I then realised I wanted to make changes to two of the plaques. They kindly paused the process, cancelled those items, and reordered them with the updated details without any issues. Their patience and willingness to help made the whole experience stress-free.

I also needed the plaques urgently for our event. They explained that the standard delivery could not be guaranteed in time, so I upgraded to the next-day delivery service. Everything arrived exactly as promised, giving me complete peace of mind.

The plaques themselves were beautifully made, and everyone loved them. The quality exceeded my expectations.
