The assessment was kind of long, and I think the questions were a bit leading. There was also a lot to read afterward. Maybe a more concise outcome would have been appreciated.

Unauthorized monthly subscription despite saying they don't offer them?
I had to take a quiz with personality-quizzes.com for work in February and paid for the initial quiz then, but just noticed 9 months later that they've been charging me $14 a month since then — despite their website clearly satating they offer no subscriptions or recurring transactions.
The website has no intuitive way to log in to view my subscriptions, so I can't find a possible way to cancel or dispute the charges. This seems deeply unethical and problematic.

The quiz was so long
The quiz was so long. My attention span kept spacing out and I had to take several breaks after so many redundant questions.

Team codes is sporadic working otherwise a great tool
It was good adn we liked the dashboard. My issue was that the code was deemed invalid for one of my team and we tried the code several times. It worked for everyojne else and I had one valid use remaining. To move things forward I had her pay for her test seperately. :( It would be good if there was a way to attach tests in those situations to the dashboard.

Was surprised that I received a charge…
Was surprised that I received a charge by this company. I went through a test to see what it was - had a line saying that it's easy to cancel. I was not able to find how to cancel anything and am worried that they will somehow keep charging.

Quiz is cooled charged me after a few days not the 7 it said
While the quizzes were cool, I paid for the option to do other tests, it said 7 days, and then said how much would get charged. It charged me after a few days. It never let me know when it would be charged until I got a called from the fraud center. I went and cancelled it and it says cancelling, but isnt confirmed as cancelled.

The website felt deceptive
The website felt deceptive—I spent time thoughtfully answering all the questions, only to discover at the end that viewing the results required a $29 payment. This should have been disclosed upfront instead of wasting my time.
