Terrible service

Ordered product in April, product arrived in the wrong size so I returned it. Replacement order never arrived. Tracking says “label created” and customer service says product has shipped but will not provide any proof.

Don’t order on this website

Don’t order on this website. I ordered two pieces 1.5 months ago. Three weeks ago they messaged me twice apologising for the delay and telling me that they would ship out my order the day after.
I have repeatedly asked for updates on my order and haven’t received a response. Never again!

Incredible prints & artwork on their shirts. I wore one of their button-downs in Positano and it matched the setting perfectly! You're paying a premium for quality, but I've loved the 2 pieces I've gotten from them!

The only thing that sucks more than the…

The only thing that sucks more than the quality of the clothing is the customer service of the company. The products look nothing like advertised when you get them they will not take them back avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely amazing service and quality

Absolutely amazing service and quality! We ordered a custom embroidered jacket for our wedding and it turned out even better than we expected. The fabric, embroidery and fit was truly perfect. They were super responsive over email and dm, and they accommodated our every request. Can’t recommend Perte D’ego enough!

Non responsive CS and delayed shipping

Order three items on 18 May 2025 and I am still waiting for my order to be shipped. Have emailed them multiple times but completely MIA. Their CS team should have at least responded with a holding email but nope. Don’t want to see it as a scam but it is growing more likely so day by day.

UPDATE: got my shipment finally and the quality is actually rather good. But it was delayed for around a month so I couldn’t wear it on my holiday… customer service was slow but at least helpful.

Im still waiting on any shipment information on when my shirts will be sent. I ordered these on May 31, followed up with your support email twice now on 6/25 and again on 6/27. Whats the status of my order?? Do I need to make a stop payment? I was looking forward to wearing these shirts on my vacation so a but frustrated! Please contact me!

Unresponsive and Unhelpful

Completely unresponsive to service requests and unable to reliably deliver their items on time. If you have an important event, look at a different company. They will have your item to you a week late, MINIMUM. Do not order from perte d’ego, they will leave you disappointed.

Slow and awful customer service. Do not let you cancel

Ordered a “ready to ship” item which had a 2-3 business days process note. Emailed 7 business days later when no despatch email was received, no reply. Sent another email the next day (8th business day) to cancel as wouldn’t receive in time. 10th business day I get a response asking when I would like it for, to which I reply saying just cancel it. 8 days later I get an email notifying me they’re despatching it, I respond reiterating that I want the order cancelled as it has taken so long. Today, 5 days after they emailed saying it had been despatched I get a notification from dhl to say they have received my parcel and are preparing it for delivery in a weeks time. That will mean it will take 24 business days (32 in total) to receive an order that was cancelled 4 times.

We absolutely adore Perte Dego. We ordered their jacket for our wedding and it came on time and as we expected. On our wedding day we got so many compliments on the jacket. It was perfect and made our day more unique and special!

Disappointing Experience: Poor Communication and Unexpected Customs Charges

I really wanted to have a good experience with Perte, but it's been frustrating. I ordered a jacket in April, and the Shop app falsely marked it as delivered when it hadn't even shipped. After following up, I was told there had been a delay due to a technical issue.

When the jacket finally shipped, I was hit with an unexpected £84 customs/VAT charge, with no clear warning during checkout or on the website. This brought the total cost to nearly £300.

I’ve emailed Perte twice (on 29 May and 2 June) but haven’t heard back. I’d really appreciate a response and ideally some compensation for the confusion and unexpected costs. I want to support small brands, but better communication is needed for international customers.

I sent my measurements in and ordered the “te amo” hand embroidered jacket for my wedding weekend welcome party, and it came in absolutely perfect. I got so many compliments and had to tell about 200 people where it was from. Just ended up amazing for the occasion

unfulfilled promises

I have received the suit after my wedding, the event it was meant for. I was promised delivery by May 17th to ensure it arrived in time for my wedding on the 20th. It arrived on the 21st. At that point, it had completely lost its purpose and value... To make matters worse, on top of paying $740 for the suit, I was charged an additional €300 in import taxes for something I never got to use. And throughout this entire situation, their customer support has remained silent. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. The suit itself was fine. But everything else — the promised delivery, the timing, and your customer service after mistake — was a complete failure.

I still have not received my basic…

I still have not received my basic print shirt I ordered. I have emailed a number of times and they tell me it's coming. I have yet to ever receive any tracking info. Based on my experience i would not do business again with them.

Amazing customer service!

The customer service was absolutely wonderful!! A few weeks after ordering, our landlord sold the apartment we have been renting and we needed to relocate fairly quickly. The folks at Perte were super friendly—it was very clear that I was communicating with an actual person and not an automated email service. They expedited my order so that I would receive it before we moved! I LOVE my PJ Shirt, so much so that I ordered the matching bottoms the day they arrived (to my new address!). Thank you PERTE, for wonderful customer service and quality clothing. You have a customer for life!

Excellent experience

Excellent experience! The product is made to order, so it does take some time to arrive. I wasn’t initially aware of this and sent a couple of emails with concerns about the delivery. Rest assured, the product arrived — and it was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend!
