Like many on here I employed cleaners for a 10 hour end of lease clean, 2 cleaners for 5 hours @ $55 p/h, which I paid upfront. My first mistake. The cleaners were late arriving and left before the 10 hours paid for. I was on the property, in the back yard doing jobs out there, I had pointed out areas that needed particular intention, particularly the window and door tracks. The standard of cleaning was extremely poor my agent was not happy. I got the company back and reluctantly paid for another 10 hours, 20 hours for a standard 3 bed 1 bath home is unacceptable especially as the work was of an extremely poor standard. The agent is having to call in another company to complete the work. I would never recommend this company. I expect a refund of the second clean. Not an unreasonable request.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Total scam, the work was disgraceful. Booked them for a bond clean, 10 hours of cleaning in an empty and relatively clean house. Nothing was cleaned properly, walls not cleaned, the tops of cupboards not cleaned, tops of door frames and windows not cleaned, oven not cleaned, exhaust fans not touched, cobwebs still on the ceiling. They send the cleaners back to finish the job for free and still didn't complete the job. Absolute scammers - pay by the hour so they go so slowly they don't get anything done. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I was looking around for a cleaner and found perth home cleaners after getting a few quotes from others I was answered within an hour, they gave me the best quote for my bond cleaning and I didn't have to ask else where to get carpet cleaning done either was a very quick simple way to book.
