I contacted pest protect and spoke ro Dan who was very helpful. I had found mouse dropping in my house. Its very worrying when you find this especially with a 10 month old baby in the house. Dan put my mind at rest and told me he would sort it which he did. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again if i have any more of our furry little friends come back. Quick, reliable service. I use this company a lot for various issues in the rental properties we manage. Dan always get out to us quickly, tenants are always happy with his service and we are always happy with his prices! Top bloke and never lets us down.

Nice gentleman came out to deal with rats in our shed. My husband had tried to deal with them unsuccessfully and we needed to get a professional in.

Everything seemed great, quick repsonses. Made an appointment. I confirmed by email the night before, which I got a confirmation reply.
Then no show, they have no mobile number So called the landline given. Straight the voicemail. No reason for no show given, even by email. Dont book unless your willing to loose your day and waste your time.

I have been asked by TrustPilot to remove the name of the co-founder from this review , because the business objected . The business has also posted a comment stating that I have them mixed up with another business . No I do NOT have them mixed up with another business and if you check the positive reviews on here , 10-20 all appear on the same day . Clearly fake. My experience with the co-founder of this business ( whose name I am NOT allowed to mention after this business objected ) was so bad, it quickly descended into a report being filed with the police. He visited my premises and charged me upfront for 2 visits. During the first visit , he opened the panel under the kitchen cabinets and the same for the bath and put rat poison down . He did not re-seal these panels and said that he would do so at the second visit. But he never returned . Despite many emails, phone calls , he didn’t return . I had to pay for a professional pest control company to do the job ( costing me double) and a handyman to reseal these panels , costing even more money . When I threatened to report him for taking cash money and not issuing a receipt, he quickly mailed me a receipt and also screamed down the phone at me , threatening to leave rats in my mailbox . I reported him to the police . They also have never had physical offices in all of the fancy locations. They just pay a small fee to pretend they’re located in physical locations, but it’s just a cheap mail forwarding service. Avoid these people at all costs ! The positive reviews are fake !

Daniel and team have been brilliant. Organised a visit as soon as we contacted and have completed the job to the highest standards (ensuring we don’t have a mouse infestation again). Highly recommend!

After seeing a mouse in the house out of the blue, we called Dan on the Saturday evening of a bank holiday weekend and unlike others, his 24/7 claim was very much backed up. Dan arrived within 20 minutes, checked the area and laid traps - true to his word the mouse was caught less than an hour of the traps being laid. Not only that, he popped by the next day to dispose of it which we were so grateful for. He is due to follow up shortly to fill up any gaps to prevent further visits and once this is done i feel confident we won't have a problem again. Dan was friendly, courteous and as above, super efficient!

Great and prompt service! Had a mice problem in my flat and Danny came in the same day and offered a great price and guarantee. Also came back a week later to fill in the holes in the flat.

Had an issue with a pesky squirrel in my loft. Contacted the company and they sorted it out as soon as they possibly could. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to deal with unwanted creatures.

Excellent service, was having a real bad problem with rodents in my loft. However 3 months after they first came i have yet to see a mouse or rat. Very friendly and approachable, have recommended to friends and family alike and will most certainly use again if the situation arises.

Will advise you that It will take two days but will not complete anything on the first day so you never see him again

Will ask for cash only and in full payment before the job is done

Will not give you a receipt

Fake business address

(If you’re desperate then make sure you)

Only reply to the official telephone number and log all conversations (record it)

Have every job written that is going to be carried out dated and time

Don’t pay on the first day but pay once the Job is completed and you’re satisfied

Don’t pay cash

Asked for a full VAT receipt

Check that Business address because this company is listed in a few different places

I couldn’t thank Daniel from Pest Protect enough for his prompt & efficient response to our pest dilemma while my wife was at home alone ( which 2 previous companies couldn’t even be bothered to at least call us back to say that they were to busy. )
It was a pleasure to do business with a company that went far beyond just sorting out our problem, but reassuring the wife that they was only at the end of a phone if she ever needed them.
I thought they were very reasonable with their invoice also, not one of these rip off merchants when dealing with a lady.
