Fast delivery and products did exactly as hoped
We have hens and we had a spare coop for any that were misbehaving as we had recently introduced new hens. The spare coop, despite precautions, became infested with mites. Thankfully the main one was not impacted. However, we need the spare coop for situations as above. Someone recommended Perbio Choc. As I have my PA1/PA6, I purchased this and some PPE. Arrived quick. Product worked. Mites eradicated. Prices are good and fair. Would shop here again.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment due to the late arrival of your goods. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee a next day delivery as stated in terms and conditions. Had you informed us on the Friday, when it was due, we could have upgraded to a Saturday delivery especially as it was a bank holiday weekend. Which is why it was not delivered on the Monday. We also offered to refund you the difference between next day delivery and 48 hour but you refused.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Quick delivery on the Rat trap mk 4 I purchased the information was basic on how to set it up wow is is powerful there is online information of people showing how to use it wear gloves is best practice.

I ordered a dr5 from pest control…
I ordered a dr5 from pest control direct I have been in pest control most of my life I’m now 72 asked to send back. Because not working they send they would refund me as soon as picked up then changed there mind I will be getting in touch with all the pest controls in south east who I know very well and be telling them not to buy from them again What’s what they are not telling you is the item was still in the 30 day warranty and refused to give me more money back. Also it wasn’t them that made the claim to PayPal. It was me they are very sarcastic and anyone that knows me and what I have said is true as for your staff there communication is non-existent I used unit once and it did not work at all that is why it went back there was no new parts on the unit when she says same parts there was one peace of plumbing tape anyone that use the dr5 know you have to put plumbing tape on the joints the dr5 was sent with hose wrong way round and I used it once it did not work any one that knows me give them a miss customer service rubbish

Many thanks for the review. We would like to make it clear to those reading this review that Mr Watler has been very rude to all 3 staff here, demanding a refund before we even got to see/test the product. It has been tested by technical team and have proven it works even though Mr watler claimed it was broken/faulty. We have now passed the complaint to Paypal to verify our situation. We have now blacklisted Mr Watler, who may we add has purchased many times in the past with no concerns.
Had the unit been in the condition you received it in , same parts etc, you would of course have had a refund. Unfortunately, this is not the case, the unit is not faulty, as stated by yourself, it has been well used for a unit only 2 weeks old and is also made up of different parts to how you received it from us.
We are a respected small family business working online and in field with over 30 years experience.
As we said, please do not try to buy from us again, we have thousands of happy customers over the years.
