Do not hesitate to use Daz, stop the google search and just book him!  You can imagine my horror and despair when I realised I might have a mouse issue in my flat. Daz was very quick to respond when I urgently messaged him asking him to investigate. He attended within hours of me reaching out and tackled the problem for me. First visit he put the bait out, second visit he proofed up every hole in all the rooms in my flat and he then did 2 follow up visits after to check all is okay. I am happy to report no problems since. Daz has always been punctual, professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, informative and was not dismissive when I was upset about the problem and very understanding. I will certainly be recommending his services to others and telling them not to hesitate to book. Forever grateful!

Brilliant service! We had a carpet beetle problem. We wrote to them and within a few days an appointment was organised and Daz came and sorted it, he was quick and thorough. Would def use again!

Thank you Daz, don't hesitate to call this company first, I had tried two others before I tried Daz, the others either didn't call back or acknowledge my message. He booked in to attend within 48 hours and did the treatment for bed bugs at a fair price which in and of itself deserves the five stars, but honestly, Daz is very laid back and helpful which was exactly what I needed while having bed bug stress, I couldn't get off of work and he worked around me being able to attend to let him in and lock up. I genuinely appreciate the care and understanding, having bed bugs is a horrible situation and having an expert just handle it and take over makes all the difference.
Living in such a densely populated area as I do, I'm aware that this may not be the last time I get these buggers, so I have saved Daz to my contacts, although I hope it won't be too soon before I need to call on him again. Daz you're a star.

We had wasps gaining acces to a nest under the floor through the air grill under the front door of the house. Two dogs got stung because of their natural inquisitiveness, therefore had to stop use of front door. Contacted Pest Control East London and Daz agreed to come out the following morning. He arrived promptly and assesed the situation, went through all the safety details and then got to work. He treated the site and explained what would happen afterwards and said we should not use the door for at least 3 hours. Went to check later in the afternoon to find no activity at all and there has been none since.
Very efficient,polite and friendly approach and service.

I contacted them on Sunday and received an immediate reply, and that they could arrive promptly on Tuesday, fantastic turnaround time. Dez arrived on time and provided excellent service and advice. Apart from the excellent service Dez is very amenable person who does everything he can to please the customer.

This company are responsive and helpful. They are interested in getting rid of your problem. Mine was bed bugs and I was quite anxious and asked a lot of questions for advice before and afterwards and they have been kind and re-assuring and professional.
