Easy Replacement

Had one for a year and a half and the rubber bottom lining warped around the edges and no longer fit properly so i reached out to get a replacement. At first i was just on a list to receive a new liner whenever they came back in stock, however my litterbox was malfunctioning because of the liner being messed up so the company sent me a whole new litterbox! So quick and easy and super kind! Alondra, thank you for setting everything up and being so nice during the whole process

Petcove Warranty

I have a Purrtek Light and the sensors were going out. I had an account on TT and it was hacked. I knew I had a replacement coming, as there is a lifetime warranty. I had to contact the company directly to get confirmation . They quickly sent out my new unit. THANK YOU ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customer service and product are amazing!

After one year of use, there was a small issue with my litter box. I love this machine. I have 2 cats and it gets very used! It has worked flawlessly since it was purchased. I contacted support not knowing what to expect. Turns out the support team is fantastic. Great communication, great customer service, and they were extremely quick to resolve my issue. If it is ever needed, i will not hesitate to but from them again! Highly recommended!

When my old box stopped working they…

When my old box stopped working they promplty looked into it and decided to send me a new one . Well that made my day ! They were so patient with me getting information to them and just like that it was here. Thank you so much, my kitty will be so happy.

I called petcove and talked to a lady…

I called petcove and talked to a lady named Alondra she was very friendly walked me through what I needed to do because I had an issue with my petcove self cleaning litter box . They couldn’t replace the part that broke so they are sending me a new one . She made it easy and I didn’t have to go through so much trouble to talk or get the help I needed . I appreciate this lady so much . Need more people like her . Thank you .

We purchased the purrtec maxx auto…

We purchased the purrtec maxx auto litter box for our newest family member Acorn
We read the reviews and decided to spend the extra money on a quality product with the best warranty.
Unfortunately when it arrived it was found to be defective but this is where the best customer service comes into play
We tried a quick diagnostic but it still won't function properly
I very happy to say that petcove has sent a new replacement at zero cost to us

I have loved my Purrtek light…

I have loved my Purrtek light litterbox! When I ran into a problem I easily contacted customer support, had the same person respond to my inquiries every time and received a prompt resolution thanks to their lifetime guarantee.

I love the Petcove litter box and customer service support

I love the Petcove litter box, but needed a little assistance setting it up and the customer service person was very helpful. After a couple of weeks I had a different problem when it didn't function automatically and called customer service again. I spoke with Alondra who was extremely helpful and very friendly. She resolved my issue and replaced the litter box within 3-4 days. I am very pleased with the immediate assistance provided by your customer service support.

One of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had

I purchased a litter box from Petcove and right away it was having issues but I just kind of ignored them. I was kind of thrown off that the company actually reached out to me to see how it was going with the new litter box. I sent some videos and we tried to fix it but it was unsuccessful. To my amazement the company sent me a brand new replacement! The new one works amazing! I am truly impressed with the company and would highly recommend the litter box as well as Petcove as a company. Such amazing support and customer service!!

Surprisingly great support

I purchased a Petcove automatic Cat Bos in October of 2025 from Amazon for approximately $300.00 by January of 2026, the Bluetooth function, which provides critical information failed completely. I contacted support, expecting a hard time. To my surprise they offered to replace the unit.

Problem was resolved quickly!

When i had a problem with my kat kids automatic litter box, I called customer service. I was actually able to speak with a live person, not just contact customer service through a chat bot or through email. My problem was was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you!

Lifetime warranty peak

This company’s customer service is fantastic! I got one of their automatic litter boxes and it broke within the first six months of use. This company has a lifetime warranty!! Alondra was great in getting me a replacement 10/10 would recommend!!

Excellent litter box & the best customer service

I have been using their self cleaning litter robot for about 2 years now. In fact, I liked my first one so much I now have 2. We have 5 cats & they work great at keeping all litter box issues under control. All 5 use it with ease & had no issues with it other than playing in a new toy for the first week. Litter spills are a at a minimum. The odor control is amazing. The size is great too, it doesn’t take up a lot of space like some of their over priced competitors do.
The app works great & is easy to use.
Their customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with out of any company. Very friendly correspondence, same day response & any issues are dealt with immediately. If you’re looking for a good self cleaning litter robot & a company with excellent customer service that backs up their product, just stop looking because you have found it.

Outstanding Customer Service & Lifetime Warranty That Truly Delivers

I’ve had a PetCove Large Litter Box since July 2024, and while I unfortunately experienced a mechanical issue with my unit (after already receiving one replacement previously), PetCove’s customer service completely exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I reached out, their team—especially Alondra—was responsive, empathetic, and professional. After reviewing my photos, invoice, and explanation, they honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a brand-new replacement unit completely free of charge, no hassle, no pushback.

They also accommodated my address change without any issues and kept me informed with tracking updates throughout the process. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind their product and supports customers long after the purchase.

Most importantly, my cat Luna absolutely loves this litter box, and knowing the company has my back gives me total peace of mind.

Petcove has some of the best customer…

Petcove has some of the best customer service I have experienced. Not only do they stand behind their products, they take the time to listen. I love my litter box, it did unfortunately break after about a year, but the way they handled the replacement was exceptional. I was even provided instructions on how to remove the broken part so that we could use the box as a regular litter box.
