We were given a realistic evaluation at the beginning and once we had decided to use Peter Lane and Partners they bent over backwards to get the property on the market for Boxing day. Everyone in the office were extremely helpful and friendly, listening to our comments and requirements and making helpful suggestions. Once a suitable buyer was found they handled the sale in a professional and friendly manner smoothing out bumps and time taken up by deputyship and then probate as the sale progressed with Gillian keeping us informed the whole time. We were very pleased with the whole experience with Peter Lane and Partners.

Lovely people, with the best intentions but unfortunately they didn't follow the advice they gave us at the beginning i.e. if the house doesn't sell in 3-4 weeks then it is priced wrong. The challenge we had was that we had ~8 viewings a month for 6 months so the interest masked the issue of pricing leading to a drawn out sales process, with larges degrees of frustration on all sides and not as many offers as we should have had. This said they stuck at it and we got there in the end which we were very appreciative of.

It was very professional experience dealing with Peter Lane & Partners and they kept me well informed about what was happening throughout the whole process.

From start to finish the service from Colin, Tracey and Gillian has been exceptional.

During the buying process Gillian has been amazing and really supportive.

All in all a very good experience would highly recommend.

Peter Lane were so helpful in helping us find our new home. We had one initial viewing, explained why we didn't like it and right away Cath took us to a different house that was exactly what we were looking for. They were also very helpful during the buying process, willing to come out with us and set up viewings with the developers so we could snag the property.

We have been pleased with the support of the staff of Peter Lane in the sale of our property. The initial meeting with Colin to fix a price and agree fees was business like and friendly. This was followed by regular contact with Gill Christine and Claire who regularly kept us in the picture regarding progress on the sale. The only criticism I would have is that their telephone system could be improved as it was not always as easy as it should be for the customer to call them. I would fully recommend this company on the basis of our experience with our sale.

There have been a lot of ups and downs on this journey but Colin, Tracy and Anne-Marie have done everything, over and beyond what you would expect, to deal with everything in a profession efficient way. Colin Turner and the rest of the team at Peter Lane did a great job selling my home last year (Sep-21). The photography and Rightmove listing was excellent, and attracted a large number of buyers within the first week of being advertised, one of which I accepted an offer on at the full asking price. This is a review for Peter lane & sale progressor Gillian Johnson. This sales company are amazing. They were selling the house I was purchasing. They are all very friendly and helpfull. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to sell your property. I know I didn’t and only purchased but just from this experience and the constant contact I was kept in I would personally like to sell with Peter lane in the future. My experience was that it was a little difficult and stressful at times but that is just the process to moving. It wouldn’t have been as easy if it wasn’t for them and specially Gill Johnson whole was the sale progressor. She was very informed and kepted a close eye on each stage of moving. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We even formed a sort of friendship through the process. She took an interest in other things outside of moving and I really did feel that made it more comfortable for me to ask questions as I am selling and buying for the first time. Really recommend Peter lane. Great people and very persistent to get to the exchange. Thank you
