It’s criminal what there doing to…

It’s criminal what there doing to people. I rented for a year and a half, nothing but stress. Even had the cheek to take an extra £50 a month ontop of the £100 I was paying for them to manage. Had my place back 5 months ago, had a letter from my tenants solicitor about her bond and deposit has not been giving back. Tried Peter Morgan 50times including emails. Zero help off them. If you don’t pay a speeding ticket, you have the bailiffs knocking your door, these cowboys owe thousands and absolutely nothing is done. Pathetic company how people working there stay I’ll never know. No morals.

Misleading, again?

So after the mess Peter Morgan got itself into. And the owner telling everyone he would repay all outstanding monies personally.
Then came the Professional Indemnity Claim, which we were advised would cover everything.
So im wondering if anyone ever received a penny or wether this was yet another carbuncle on this so called expert lettings agency reputation .
As trying to log into my claim today, I find the site has closed.

Terrible company

Awful, do not let your property with this company.
I am a landlord who let my property with Peter Morgan’s, I am still missing two months rent off them from just under a year ago. I have been promised different things every time I call (when you eventually get through) and nothing ever happens.
Staff seem lovely on the phone but never follow through with their promises. The list is endless of issues I had, I also had to chase rent every month from them for 2 years even though the tenant had paid them on time every month! Luckily I have now changed estate agents.

More bullshit??

So now we are months down the road, since Peter Morgan was exposed for fraud. When it was discovered the owner Mr Jonathan Morgan wrote to landlords saying "It wasn't his fault, but his manager". The fact was it was his company and he wasn't checking on what was happening. Then came the promise he would make restitution for monies owed. HAS ANYONE RECEIVED MONIES OWED? or is that also bullshit......

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend the Rentals Department

I’ve been renting one of my properties through Peter Morgan (Neath) for several years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently poor. From the beginning, I’ve had frequent issues receiving rent on time and there has been very little transparency throughout.

My tenant moved out over six months ago after being served notice, yet I still haven’t received the security deposit back. I also believe there are rental payments that were collected by the agency but never passed on to me.

While a few staff members have been polite and tried to help, the people who actually make decisions never return my calls or respond to emails, despite numerous attempts to get answers.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not trust or recommend their rentals department to any landlord.

Do not get involved with Peter Morgan…

Do not get involved with Peter Morgan estate agents. Do not pay rent or manage property well. Consistently lie to landlords just to put off paying. They owe me two months rent and are saying that landlords have to go through a claims procedure to get it back.

Since Peter Morgan have taken over this…

Since Peter Morgan have taken over this estate agents it has been horrendous! Avoid! Missing rental payments, they currently owe me 4 months rent from next week and now want me to provide bank statements and proof of income in order to get my rent that is owed, I had to give my tenant notice, they are moving out this week as I can no longer cope with the financial stress this company has caused me over the past year! Full of excuses or no answer at all, they basically do not care! Will never rent out my property again after this awful experience!!

Incompetent and criminal

My friend rented from them for 2 years. They did not register with rent smart Wales. They didn't put the deposit in a deposit scheme. They did no urgent repairs leaving the house unfit for human habitation causing health problems to the occupants. And no response to complaints.
They need their license taking away.

Peter Morgan letting agency 👎

This is a warning to any potential landlords looking for a letting agency - my advice would be do not go near this company!! I can’t begin to explain how awful our experience has been with them.
This company took over from our previous letting company and we expected everything to go seamlessly - how wrong were we. They continuously delay payments even though our tenants pay on time each month. They are impossible to get hold of, don’t respond to emails. When you do manage to get hold of them you get a string of excuses, problems with restructure blah, blah, blah. We are now speaking to citizen’s advice to see how we can claim the rent that is rightfully ours. Shocking, unprofessional and deceitful, - do not use them.

AVOID!!

It's a shame I have to give them 1 star. They have consistently been late with our rent payments for the past year but have now stopped paying our rent money completely. We know they have been paid by our tenants. I have complained directly to the managing director who either ignores me or responds with vague excuses and no explanation. We have now terminated our contract with them but are still owed 2 months rent. Just what you need before Xmas. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!

I am very disappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Peter Morgan Estate Agents in Neath. Communication has been extremely poor, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my rent payments for the past two months.

What’s worse, they do not adhere to their own complaints procedure, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues. I feel like I am essentially managing the property myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring a managing agent.

I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional property management.
