I ordered these about 3 weeks before Christmas and I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. The shipping label was created almost 2 weeks ago and has not even been delivered to a shipping facility yet. It’s now past Christmas and the package has yet to even be shipped.

Website said guarantee arrival by Christmas. Otder on Dec 6 said shipped on the 12th. It was never shipped, just made a lable and package was never sent out. Asked to cancel as they stated "guaranteed arrival by Christmas" and after 4 attempts all I got was an auto generated email and a link to a shady url saying here is a digital gift, never clicked on it as it was deemed unsafe by my malware check. DON'T CLICK ON ANY LINKS FROM THIS SCAM PLACE

I ordered some pajamas for my wife on December 5th, and plaid the extra $10.00 for rush delivery. its now December 25th and they are nowhere near getting here.

Terrible! Do not order. I ordered and did a rush order that was guaranteed to be here for christmas! They are a fraud. they create a USPS label back on Dec 12th and USPS is still saying they are waiting for the package.

I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas but they did not arrive on time and they refused to refund my rush shipping fee I had paid.

Scam - ordered several items and received a delivery confirmation however the shipping status has not updated or changed since initial confirmation. There is no phone number or actual person to talk to. I tried emailing with no response. Also, never received package.

Ordered Dec 1, for a Christmas gift, and paid for Rush delivery which really only means they rush production...however it they didn't initiate delivery until Dec 12th. So I paid for them to be made in the same amount of time as normal production. They wont refund me thw extra i paid for the rush order. Its Dec 23rd and they still haven't left the deliverers warehouse.... paid $40 for 2 pairs of socks that won't arrive until the new year.... go elsewhere.

This company really lacks in customer service.
They won’t provide a phone number and make silly excuses for their mistakes.

Buyer beware

Incomplete orders and they blame me for not clicking on the item I wanted on their website. The item is on my order it just was never shipped to me but it's my fault for how I clicked on something? My second order was never delivered and again it's my fault I'm supposed to go to the post office and file a complaint even though I don't have a tracking number or even so much as an order number from this company. This is a fraudulent and criminal Enterprise. You have been warned

Where are the socks that were supposedly a free bonus? Never received....$90 bucks just the pajamas....YOU RIPPED ME OFF!!

Purchased two orders of Petface Pajamas for Christmas. One set was lost by USPS, instead of crediting me back or producing another set, over a month after Christmas, with multiple emails corresponding to their customer service, I have no resolution or response from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them, their customer service is terrible!!!

Purchased too and bottom pjs for Christmas gift. Paid $80 for absolute junk. I kept emailing them because I paid extra $7 on top of regular shipping cost for “Rush” delivery by Christmas. Never got them for Christmas!! I kept emailing them and days would go by. When a person responded they thanked me for the order and said it was in “processing” at their manufacturing facility Lol. I asked for reimbursement for rush shipping charged and they never said a word. So I googled the “company” and found it is a one person LLC that works out of a one room office suite. There is no manufacturing warehouse… Absolutely horrendous customer service. Cheapest quality pjs I’ve ever encountered. Think of dollar tree quality…And 3 times overpriced. Found this company on Instagram SO PLEASE BE AWARE AND STEER CLEAR. Tried to leave a 1-star review in their website and it gave me an error message Lol Hmmm…
