Pet Health Testing Avis 26

I was at my wits end, constantly paying out on vet fees, trying to find the cause to my little pooch continuously licking and biting his paws. Tried variations of different foods, step by step ruling out foods, treats etc.. Even putting him on hypoallergenic special food. But no, he just kept on biting and licking. Vet told us it was a habit, he'd got himself into. So after spending a fortune on creams, antibiotics etc... To the extreme of making him wear booties/socks (which he wasn't happy about). I thought I'd give this product a try. To my amazement, one of the foods we often fed him, was on what I call the naughty list. APPLE. I can't thank this company enough for their testing kit. I give PetHealth Testing a 5 star rating. Thank you.

Excellent detail fast service absolutely recommend

I was delighted with the process & the detailed results. It was quick & easy to send the samples & with 48 hours I had a 36 page report with more details than I could have imagined. Everything is explained really well throughout, I would highly recommend.

I found this company on wowcher and thought I would try them, due my pup showing signs of allergies even after elimination.
The sending of the fur with hair follicle was pretty easy and I was emailed straight away once they’d received my order through the post. Within the time frame I also received a thorough report of all food/environment/metals that were checked for allergies and the allergies that were concluded made sense! They had also picked up that she was lacking in vitamin D which is very important for Labradors and for this I thank them for helping to reduce the risk of Hip Dysplasia later in life.
I was so happy with results I got my cat tested after a fair few bad years of him pulling his fur out to the point of open sores and the vet not knowing!!
Again, makes sense! We’re now in the process of sorting all allergies and these last few days the pets have shown remarkable progress.

Definitely recommend the company if not for their testing, then their time frame, communication and taking the time to offer these tests on Wowcher as I couldn’t afford 2 tests in 1 month if that was the case.

After a mix up and non arrival of product, customer team acted swiftly and resent test kit. Arrived speedily. Great service. Quick and easy procedure to collect sample. Posted back yesterday and notified they have received today and results should be with me in an email by tonight. Looking forward to receiving the results back.

Excellent service and quick and sufficient

I recently sent a sample 28/01/26. I then read these reviews which filled me with dread. I reached out to the customer service team on 30/01/26 as curiosity got the better of me, I wasn’t holding out much hope for a reply (due to the feedback I’d seen). Well I was wrong! I received a reply 31/01/26 and it was very reassuring. To say that communication was great is actually an understatement! Team member Becky went above and beyond to keep me posted on where my sample was up to and a possible day for the results. I have also reached out for help with some of the information I didn’t quite understand on the results which were received 02/02/26. Again I received a prompt email with a complete explanation.

If you have any concerns in using, dont! Contact them for advice if required my overall experience has been excellent!

Great posted 2nd class Wed 24/12, it arrived Monday 29/12. I got an email advising it had arrived and got results within a few hours. Great service

AVOID! Results never arrived and this company is impossible to contact. At this point they seem to be a scam. Don’t waste your money

The support I was given, after a mistake on my part, was absolutely brilliant .
Prompt results and advice on elimination of suspected foods are a great help.

It is been 3 weeks and i have not received answer of the test and not even reply to my Emails!

Such a great company with quick response customer service. I couldn't find my results as they had been delivered to my junk file. Becky was very quick to help and get my results sent to me and answered all the questions I had with the results. The results have been amazing after months of worry with my dog. He is now back to his usual self after eliminating the problem foods. I am now getting another test for my cat.

This is absolutely the worst company i've ever tried to communicate with!! I've tried for over a week to get answers about my pets test and have had only one response in which they failed to answer my questions but rather asked me to ask what i needed help with!!!

Excellent service, pack arrived quickly and with instructions. Results received in a few days.
The results were interesting and showed to major intolerance which was good news. Some of the results are difficult to understand what is the cause, such as chicken okay but chicken gravy not.
