We started PETH to ensure that everyone has access to the products they need to enjoy the sea, rivers, or lakes. Our main products are Towelling robes/ponchos, tow floats, changing mats, wetsuit hangers, and paddleboards. Love my towel robes! Would definitely recommend.
I’ve ordered three towel robes and I absolutely love them. The colours and quality are amazing ( I got the moss green, sage green and leopard print)! I LOVE that you can get them personalised as well 😍 I would definitely order from here again and have been recommending to everyone I go for sea dips with!!!! Thank you guys! 🥰🙏🏼

Amazing swimwear and towel robes
Amazing swimwear and towel robes. I get so many compliments when I’m wearing mine. The towel robes are great, so warm and also pack really small which is ideal for going for swims.
They are all so reasonably priced and it’s amazing that you can free personalisation on the robes too. Postage is sooo quick and communication is 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic. Great customer service. Great product.
I found Peth store on instagram. I’m all for supporting small businesses and especially when in my home county.
I ordered 2 towelling robes personalised with names.
I couldn’t be happier.
The quality of the robe is great and the embroidery makes it fun.
Shipping was super quick.
Prices are good and the customer service is first class.
Can’t recommend Peth Store enough.

Extremely poor customer service
I ordered an item on March 1 that was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 business days. On March 8th (now 5 business days later) I wrote to them to advise that I still had not received a shipping notification or any updates on my order. They finally emailed back a week later (on March 15th) saying that 'my message was in their junk folder' and that they somehow also missed my original order and will send it out that same day. Its now March 26th and I still have not received the item I ordered or a refund. Avoid this company.

Awful customer service…
Incomplete order sent - it took many emails to get them to send out the missing item (they said they’d sent it on several occasions when they clearly hadn’t). The item never arrived and I was then accused of lying about it, as it said delivered (like packages never go missing!). Horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs!
